Get jerked — Restaurant in Ross Township

This was my second time coming here always get the jerked chicken tacos which was good I get everything on them lettuce, tomatoes cheese cilantro with some kind of creamy jerk ranch sauce which makes the tacos hits 🔥 I went here on Saturday evening some man was taking orders I ordered the tacos with everything on them I left out came bck in it was good sitting up top the guy that took my order was sitting there on his fone he finally gets up and call me name I’m like that been sitting there since I walk bck in he gets smarts and say oh it’s been sitting here for an hour so I opened it the only thing was on it’s was lettuce and cheese I said I asked for everything he smiled and said oh we don’t have the sauce that comes on it and the tomatoes we had to throw them out I should’ve have just got my money bck he should’ve said something when I ordered and said everything so be aware of what u order from them I try to support my blk ppl but most of them can’t do right. Customer service is trash and they don't want business. Called to get some wings after a death in the family and no answer. They called back maybe 10mins later and I asked for 3 orders of 12 wings(they don't offer bigger orders than that) and the girl had to keep putting me on hold I guess to ask the owner if it was OK to order. Weird! She came back and said he could do the 3 orders. Then I said just make it a even 4 orders, she put me on hold again saying she needed to ask. Put me on hold and never came back to the phone then disconnected the call. I called back twice giving the benefit and trying to support a black business. They didn't even answer the phone or call back. Guess I'll stick to Sharks because they always come through and the order takers never have to ask for approval to accept orders for 36 or 48 wings...even if it was 100 wings Sharks gone accept the order. I was super excited about eating here, the first time was great we had to wait for about 20 mins for food but the portions matched the price of food and definitely tasty. The second time I placed a order I got some of the same items that I purchsed before but this time the order was short $16 bowl salmon literally had 2 spoons if rice spread out at the bottom you could see the bottom of the bowl. The last bowl was filled like halfway up with grilled veggies a nice amount of rice. These are low cost items why cut the amount.
