I returned to this Gold Star location for dinner. Like my visit 2 years earlier, I had a 5 star experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive. On this occasion, our server was Brianna who made our visit enjoyable and satisfying. I have to say that this restaurant consistently has great service with friendly, upbeat employees. In addition to the great staff, the restaurant is inviting and clean as well as the bathroom. Also the outside of the restaurant was clearly maintained. Plus, I wanted to make sure to capture the BBQ Chicken Salad's generous portion. It was good and I was able to have enough for another meal. You can tell that the owner and the staff take pride in their business. It shows when you go there.

Read moreThe food quality and service is always superior. I wasn't aware of the recent new menu item of burgers. When I pulled thru to get my usual order of gold star coneys, the GM Sam gave me a special sample he wanted me to try. After the surprise, curiosity got me and I had to pull over and peek into the surprise Sam had given me. I couldn't put it down. Here was the best balance of taste, freshness and pure beef wonderment, no ordinary fast flip leather like the place next door. No reheat special from the grill-when? Thank you Sam for going the extra distance. You have brought a 5 Star Culinary Winner to your Ross OH Gold Star Chili. If you're looking for a true burger gift for your tastebuds this Christmas, go see Sam. It's the gift you'll be glad you got. P.S. I don't work...
Read moreI’ve tried the “Bacon Cheddar Ranch Fries” several times at this location, hoping it would improve, but it hasn’t. I’m not sure how you can justify adding a few raw bacon bits (and I mean a few), in place of what is supposed to be “Applewood Smoked Bacon” and still charge $6.00 for fries with cheese and tomatoes. I mean the first word in the description is bacon, clearly this location didn’t get the memo. Your best bet is to go next door to Wendy’s and order the Baconator Fries, at least you’re getting actual slices of bacon with your fries, plus it’s almost...
