If I could give zero stars I would. Went through the drive thru on Saturday early in the evening after being in baseball tournaments down in KY all day long. I was picking up food for my daughter. Ordered 2 vegetarian coneys. After getting home and giving her the food, she said there were hotdogs in them. I called skyline to report the issue, Tim answered, was pleasant and said the order probably got mixed up but placed me on hold. The “manager, “ Alaina came to the phone with an attitude/rude condescending tone asking what the issue was. I explained that ordered vegetarian conies and they were missing the rice and also mistakenly had hotdogs in them. Her response was “okay, what’s the problem?” I further explained what vegetarian meant and that a hotdog shouldn’t have been included because vegetarians don’t eat hotdogs. She was over the top defensive and was insistent that I ordered it incorrectly. I politely advised that we eat at different skyline locations often and this has never been an issue. She was insistent on arguing with me over these 2 vegetarian coneys that combined were

I really liked the chili, but it would be a big disappointment to anyone expecting a Texas or Southwest style chili. It also is very different from an Italian meat sauce. It’s a flavor all its own and I found it very pleasant. But I thought everything else just meh at best. The hotdog and bun were flavorless, the spaghetti nothing but a filler, and (you’ll be shocked at me saying this), there was way too much shredded cheese. I have no idea why these are so popular. Plus my food was served barely warm. My waitress was excellent, however, and fixed the cold food situation for me immediately. All of the people working there seemed attentive and helpful. 5 star service. As I said, I did enjoy the chili and ordered a small takeout container of it to have another day. I think on its own, it holds up. Actually, while I was eating the chili over the spaghetti and being thankful I ordered the smallest size possible, I kept thinking how good this meat sauce would be on a fluffy...

The food, chili, and service are all of the highest quality as are all things Lambrinides. The design of the interior feels new and old all at the same time. The booths and tables are in non-traditional neutral colors which gives the interior an inviting and calming appeal. The walls, filled with murals depicting the Skyline/Lambrinides family history, blend perfectly with the decor. The effect is a walk back in time to the birth of Skyline and the family legacy that keeps in intact. Most Cincinnati natives have a slew of memories with Skyline as a feature. Many more stories will be written at the Ross Skyline. Thanks, Lambrinides family for...
