10/10 amazing food! SAUCY! YUMMY! TASTY! The manager came out from the back to help with the rush. She made sure all my portion sizes were excellent. Didn’t rush me through the line and made sure I picked out everything I wanted. The rice was a little hard, but that is something I’ve experienced at hotheads all over for years! They are known for their sauces, so load it up! She made sure I got everything I wanted. Love their jalapeños & pineapple mixture. I love both chipotle and hothead, but hothead just has that extra yummy with all the extra special tasty ingredients. Why is it that anytime I come in and get food either me or my girlfriend end up with some form of food poisoning, upset stomach, or throwing up. Been around this company for years, even worked with this company. I was the General Manager of this specific store at one point. I can't express enough of the shadyness this company has. From inspections being blown through to not even checking, to management being thrown in with no training. I have watched them hire junkies to perverts for staff in the past 2 years. They even had a recent ecoli outbreak in their lettuce. How this place has not been shut down like the other 2 franchised stores? I don't know. I will deffenitally never...

Horrible. Have been going there for about two years now always loved the place. They always seemed to give the food in the burrito (plus more) that you would expect to get for paying $6.25. Have gone there about 6 times recently since they have been under new management and has been nothing but dissatisfaction with the new portion sizes for the extra $1 the burritos cost. Truely disappointed with my experience after going there for almost 2 years. They have sadly lost 6 customers and more to come, since I am now recommending people to go to the location in Western hills that always left us as happy just like this...
