Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ross Township

I wish I could give less than 1 star for this location. Brand new location but the equipments are broken, products are out every other day, extremely rude teenagers working there(some good workers), hopefully they will learn manners before moving on to their next job. One day literally sat on in drive thru line for over 45 mins. Today they made my 6 potato soft tacos with NO potatoes in them. I declined to take order, they can’t refund because I order it on Mobile app. Take this, according to them because they are Franchise, mobile app is 3rd party and they can’t refund (I get the concept but they wouldn’t mind more revenue from that 3rd party app. Would be good thing to think before preparing a mobile app order, oh we don’t have potatoes, let’s either reject this order or wait till the customer shows up and ask if they would still want it. Out of 12 items 7 items had ingredients out AND they still made my order, and I can’t get refund. Maybe close the shop?? Won’t be...

Easily the worst taco bell to exist . You dont think it can get worse than a regular taco bell . Oh it can and this one does . I haven't return since . last time i was there they prioritized drive thru like its 1960. And i waited for a simple order of mine inside , for 40 mins . Then ask for a refund then all sudden they made the order .

This location is ran by a bunch of teens who have no idea whats going on or any training or order of a sort . Its easily the worst food choice in ross .

And that is saying something considering all the rest of em are being ran by teens who dont care what they send out because they dont wanna pay a acceptable wage for adults to live on , so the ones who work there teens or adults dont care its just a job.

Pretty good for all things considered. They do a good job with making my food right, but the drive thru can get a little slow. I understand why though as they are still new and in training. I deducted one star because I noticed the person in front of me had checked there bag and they were missing some stuff from there order and the workers had to get them the items. I know it didnt effect me personally but whose to say it wont next time. Out of the three times ive been there, management has been helping out tons and is making sure people are getting trained and being friendly. The portions were pretty good but they change from taco to taco in my experience. Sometimes ill get a lot of meat and I like it like that, but sometimes Ill only get a medium amount. Same goes with the lettuce. But overall, its good!
