We went through drive thru The pros: appeared clean and the food was pretty good by Hardee’s standards The cons: Gerald gonna yell at you for existing lol. We finally get to the speaker and I hear “can o take your order?!” Less than 3 seconds later (i literally looked at my daughter and said “number 7?” And as I saod seven I hear “YOUR ORDER?!” My daughter jumped but I laughed bc this attitude doesn’t bother me. We waited over 20 minutes being the 3rd or 4th car. It was insanely slow just to get to the window and realize it was more hurry up and wait…and you were going to get hollared at again lol. It was $27 for two combos which is a little much but Hardee’s just is. Would I return? If I wanted Hardee’s, yes. The location worked for our of towners who will be in the area fairly frequently (several times a month). I found the traffic to be good and navigation to be easy. We were looking for a drive thru and we found it. The next road could have had a lot (i DON’T know) but that was the first one we found in a bit of driving and it worked. The restaurant seemed very clean. All I saw was the parking lot but, those are usually rough and this was spotless. The food, again, was pretty good by Hardee’s standards. Would I dine in? Absolutely not 😂 I don’t care about poor service in a drive thru, you can be having a hard day, that’s fine I’ll be on my way soon enough and out of your hair but I wouldn’t want it in person with my kids asking what the heck we did. I do think they may have been fairly understaffed. I could be wrong but I only saw 2 people and that’s hard if you’ve ever worked fast food because rushes...
Read moreSimply put, when it comes to breakfast and any fast food restaurant, Hardee's / Carl's Jr has no equal. However I must admit on this day, I was indeed disappointed that when I arrived at the same time the restaurant was opening it did not have my absolute favorite breakfast sandwich there. The loaded omelette biscuit is by far one of the best options on the menu and at the open of business somehow someway this restaurant was out of this particular item. Moreover, my friend that was ordering specifically asked for his hash rounds to being cooked hard, meaning he wanted them extra crispy. Not only were they not extra crispy, they were in fact medium well almost. They did not do a good job of following specific directions for this order. Now despite the minor failures in ordering accuracy and then not having the most popular breakfast sandwich at the open of business, the staffs overall courtesy, professionalism and customer service help mitigate these issues. Moreover, because Hardee's / Carl's Jr is such a phenomenal fast food restaurant when it comes to breakfast, I was easily able to substitute the item desired for another item that was very good. I do wish that they had in some way offered to compensate me for not having the breakfast sandwich that I wanted at the open of business. That is why this rating is only a three, but the overall quality of food the friendly staff would rate for but they've got to do better when it comes to order accuracy and item availability at open...
Read moreThe food was good but, THANKFULLY, neither me or my husband had early shifts for work because Hardee's in Rossville would have made us both incredibly LATE!!! We waited for 15 minutes in line a total of 22 minutes before we got our food (this includes wait, order, and handing us our food). Apparently, the manager didn't know that half of his employees had taken break, at the SAME time, at what could be the busiest time of the shift! The cashier was monotonous, slow, and no sense of urgency to get customers in, out and on our way. The Manager on shift gave no hint of worrying at the customer frustrations and lengthening line. ONLY, when a stern but friendly black woman who appeared to be a cook or line worker, took charge, showed leadership, and initiative did the line start moving and the food start coming out quickly. To the District Manager of the Hardees in Rossville, you should demote your 1st shift manager and make above mentioned black woman who lit a fire under the lazy employees butts, Store Manager or 1st shift manager!! Hardees in Rossville NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT and to retrain staff or fire and hire people who want to work. And should definitely take notes from the managers and staff from the Hardees in Fort Oglethorpe on speed, customer Service, and sense...
