This is specifically for the rostraver location. Please do not waste your time or energy with this place! The whole situation was horrific. I'm hoping I can reach somebody so they don't go through the same thing I did!. I happen to call for two large pizzas and was told my wait time would be 30 minutes. I arrived 35 to 40 minutes from when I called. I had to call and let them know I was there and the girl told me that she would bring the pizzas out when they were ready. Well I sat in the truck looking into the store for another half hour. I seen only one person making pizzas and everyone else not doing anything much. I called again and the guy said they were waiting on the second pizza. There was occasional cars that pulled in and waited near me but somehow they brought their food out to them. So at this point it's been about an hour and 15 minutes from when I called, been waiting 45 minutes outside the store. Some older gentlemen pulled up next to me went right inside and got his pizza. I asked him how long it's been since he called and he said about 20 minutes. I went into the store and he told me they burnt the pizza. They gave me a cash refund after I demanded it. They could have been upfront. A little communication would have went a long way. Some lady in her car chimed in and said that this is her second visit there because they took home the first pizza and it was burnt. I'm a very reasonable person and I wish they would have told me if they were that busy it might be an hour wait. I'm not sure what happened if they were really busy or if it was because the pizzas were burnt. this is my first and last time here. I know it doesn't sound like it was that horrific But the big deal was that they seen our truck sitting outside for 45 minutes looking into their store you would have thought somebody would have said something when I called in. And if they made pizzas for the other guy so quickly how come ours weren't done after an hour...
Read moreI have had the Pizza Company's pizza three times now, and while it is not bad, it's not great either - especially for the price you're paying! Maybe this could be a personal preference thing, but there HAS to be more marinara put on the pizza!!! The ingredients have been great, but there is absolutely no marinara sauce on these pies! To put it in perspective, I've ordered the XL pies and literally all the marinara adds up to maybe a touch over a tablespoon!!!! Like, really?! Come on! Oh and the wings - these things are tiny! They're not bad, but they're tiny. And for some reason the sauce they use just does not stick to the wings, at all. So don't expect your wings to be covered in sauce. You have to dip them.
Over all, I feel the Pizza Company is a bit overrated. Maybe I caught them on their bad days or something, but really, the cost of everything is ridiculous. Two pies and an order of wings - $60. You can almost expect there to be close perfection at that price - nope, not here. Sorry folks. Oh and that was pick-up price by the way.
The staff is friendly though. Maybe that's what justifies spending that kind of money?? I don't know, but I do know a lot of these other pizza places have a bunch of miserable jerks working. Guess that could be your reason to come here.

Employee said, I’ll give her the message and she’ll call you back the following day. I waited two days and called back. I talked to the SAME employee. She assured me that Kim (manager) was given the information but would will tell her to call me again. After the THIRD call, I told the employee if she does not call me back, I was turning it into my credit card company as fraud. And if possible, I will prosecute due to the lack of response. I waited another day, then called my credit card company. I filed a claim. My credit card company refunded my money. I have to wait a certain amount of time before I can take next steps.
