Had an appointment to get an ultrasound done. Drank my water as instructed. Got there on time. Was told I was cancelled out on their end!!!! I never cancelled! Then, was told I was a no show at the previously scheduled appointment. Also, not correct. I had rescheduled the first appointment to the most recent one. They luckily were able to “squeeze me in” before my bladder exploded. The whole appt was extremely rushed and it’s a week later and still no results!!! Had I went to and AHN facility I would have had my results uploaded to my chart by now! I knew better. I won’t go...
