Read moreWent to the Hop in Cafe for the first time this morning for breakfast. I wanted to order the basic breakfast which included 2 eggs, 1 bacon, 1 sausage, hash browns and 2 pancakes. Not really wanting the 2 pancakes I asked the young waitress if I could substitute one more egg instead off the pancakes. A guy came out to ask us if everything was ok, not sure if he was the owner or the cook or both but I’d have to say that he was nice and friendly. Nooooot sure if I’d return again though. To me it...
