Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Roswell

The food is good albeit unhealthy but its always nice to go out now and then and sit and chat with someone you love and enjoy the simple moments in life. Sonic is a simple atmosphere and the employees seem to be in a good mood all the time si it makes it for a pleasant atmosphere. I would bring my dog if I could but as you know that is unsanitary in a place that serves food so instead Id like to bring my cat as long as I keep her in her carrier. She can enjoy the food I slip through her bars in her cage and I know she thinks Sonic burgers are A numero uno that is one in Spanish. My friends like it too but they leave their cats at home, so we just sit and chat and sometimes the cat meows which means she is hungry so we give her some sonic fries and she loves them. Having said all that I have to give Sonic a really good rating, for me and my friends, and my cat....and even my dog even though he has never been there because he likes the food. First they made me yell 5 times into the drive thru speaker, which I already know have a stigma to them but its 2018 and I feel like its feasible to overcome. They told us to pull forward and they would have the total but after waiting for 3 cars and 10 minutes they told us they lost the reciept and asked us what it is we ordered. After being told it wpild take another 6 minutes we just order slushies and left hungry. I am more upset at being told they lost my receipt. Horrible customer service! My friend and I went to go get some food. We thought we had everything until we got home. We had a missing item from our order. Called to see if we were able to go back and get it. Spoke to a kid named Robert, he gave us our confirmation #. A few minutes later we went back for another coney, had jalapeños and onions which we did not ask for still wasn’t right. We just left because the man child was rude.
