Dunkin' — Restaurant in Round Lake

I live one minute from this Dunkin and was so excited to not have to drive to Volo to get my Dunkin’ fix. A drink I order all the time and never have a problem at with at any other Dunkin could not be made here. The first attempt I told them it was wrong they said hold on We’ll fix it and walked to the back came back out and handed me the same drink they just took away with my straw still in it. I said that’s the same drink and they rolled their eyes and remade the drink. Still wrong. At that point I had been sitting there 10 minutes and had 10 cars behind me. I don't have time for stupidity. It was at that point I just gave up and considered it a loss I didn’t even want to wait for them to figure out how to issue a refund. Stupid people. I ordered a medium hot coffee with a bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich. I was handed a small hot coffee which I then questioned why I was given a small. The employees very rudely claimed that I was given a medium coffee and then showed me what the small cup was (which was an extra small at every single other location). The employee continued to get very loud and demanding when I was just trying to double check they did not make a mistake because I could see what is a normal medium and large cup behind the counter. The sandwich I order was not even cooked, the cheese was not even melted at all and it was cold.
