Most of the service and quality of food has dropped immensely we ordered three orders of chicken wings very well done when they came we only received two orders out of the three and they were barely cooked food was cold to the touch we also ask for extra soy sauce their idea of extra soy sauce was three packets when we returned with the food they only returned my money for the food but did not return the three dollar tip that was given for delivery also young man behind the counter was extremely rude and acted as if she did not care that we were not happy with my purchase all in all I highly do not recommend ordering from this place as they are rude and they show carelessness towards the customers that pay good money for their very disappointing food I’m a scale from one to two and service the railing would be a -5 on a scale from one to 10 of the food the rating would be -8 the house fried rice that we ordered was also cold to the touch barely had only about two shrimps in the entire thing Finnegan was room temperature pretty much cold to the touch I do not recommend anyone to come and eat...

If I could give this establishment a negative star rating I would. We placed an order for delivery at 5:45pm. At 6:50pm my daughter had called to ensure the order was on its way. She was told we should be getting it momentarily. At 7:20pm I called because still no delivery. I was told it shod be arriving in 5-8 minutes. When I asked when the driver left I was told 20 minutes ago. They could not give me an answer except would you like to cancel your order. My hisband then took over the phone call when they told him the driver was in front of our house. He had to argue with them that there was no driver. Then they said the driver was in Landing. My husband asked for a partial refund and they said they would cancel the order completely. Not at all a way to run a business. My suggestion is to call other establishments that are better with customer service and have better employees. I personally will never order again from this...

Bought a spare rib, lunch special for my mother who is in a nursing home nearby sat down with her to eat it. It was the smallest 3 1/2 ribs I’ve ever seen. They were dry. They were not fresh. The small container was filled almost all the way up with rice And it came with an egg roll and a Snapple drink cost almost $13 ! After I got home, I called them to let them know. They were very polite and apologetic, but unwilling to replace the dinner they wanted to actually give me one rib as a replacement that is not how a reputable place would do business they must get a lot of complaints do not go, do not waste your money. It’s very disappointing to spend that kind of money on. Take away Chinese food and get ripped off. Container pictured is 6” diameter so you can imagine the 3”-4” ribs...
