Left feeling a little underwhelmed, while the cheesesteak I got was fine, I have had cheesesteaks twise as good in Massachusetts where I am originally from. The steak was well seasoned but very fatty/grisley so that was a big negative for me. The other point I want to touch on is the fact that I don't think this place knows what a cheesesteak is, when I opened my sub, I as looking at a dry a** steak sub, with some craft singles thrown on top. Yellow american cheese is simply not acceptable, period. And if you aren't going chop the cheese in with the steak for even distribution then what are you even doing wasting your time putting it on the menu? Dry, bland, horrifying meat to cheese ratio. The one thing I loved and the saving grace was the bread, the sub roll was very good and fresh and was toasted nicely. However considering the quality, it was also overpriced, paying around 14$ with tax. To sum up a long story, don't order the cheesesteak! I waited the fourty minutes outside my hotel for it (because apparently they won't deliver to your hotel room anymore) and part of my order was missing. I called back, and asked to have the rest of my order sent back out and was told it was going to be another 40 minutes and they even asked if I really still wanted it!? First of all, like really?! Yes I wanted my order! I already paid for it all?! Second, after waiting the extra 40 minutes and no one showing up, I called again. They laughed on the phone and put me on hold, to come back and ask if I wanted the rest of my order the next time I order from them. Uh, really?!?!? I have an out of state number, when the hell do you think I will be ordering from you again and what makes you think you're going to even remember my order?! Read moreFirst time here and it was not a good impression. I ordered a dinner with the sauce topping on the side.. I do this to better judge the meats quality & age..some restaurants will give you the older meat with freezer burns just to get rid of it and cover it with sauce & melted cheese. I guess I caught the cook off guard because thats exactly what I got..the meat was thin, tough and freezer burned. The marinara was bland. I ordered a large pie well done and it was ok. I mean I've had much better in other family run pizzerias..They used the same sauce for the dinner as on the pizza. I guess I expected some new taste. The kind of taste you get from a family run pizzeria. The place looks clean & I love the condiment packaging. Maybe I picked an off night... Maybe luck wasn't on my side that evening...
