Dunkin' — Restaurant in Runnemede

Okay so now I’m really done with this location. Time after time they do my order wrong and never understand what your saying through the speaker. Today this girl gave me the wrong donut and made my drink horrible. She gave me both items I tasted my drink and look to make sure she gave me the correct on the second Time mind you my donut looked like it had a bit out of it. Anyway I got home tasted my drink drove all the way back . At this point that drink was so nasty it had my stomach hurting . I told her I would just like a refund she said new one I said refund like money back cause she constantly not UNDERSTANDING THE WORDS COMING OUT OF MY MOUTH EVEN WHEN I WAS ORDERING I HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF 3 times. She calles the other lady the other lady say what did I order I said coffee and donut she say I make it ok I said no I don’t want it she said louder I make it I said I don’t want it she say I make it for you again I Said I just want the refund it got my stomach hurt. Ten minutes just for return and the girl who messed my drink up took both donuts that she handed me back on the shelf instead of throwing it out. I hate to even give 2 star!! First off I have gone through many drive thrus before and I have never been so rudely confronted by a a person in my entire life. I have 3 kids and my son decided he wanted juice which I forgot to order at the window the lady completely ignored me and started waving her hand no along with her head. Than she messed up my coffee order and gave me an attitude as if it was my fault she made it wrong. And I have worked in a restaurant so I am super understanding. I hate even leaving a bad review but when an employee says “gimmee” and waving her hand in my face when she’s asked nicely to just add some pumpkin in my latte after she made it wrong there is a huge problem! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THERE ARE OTHER LOCATIONS CLOSE!!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE BEEN COMPLETELY DISRESPECTED BY THIS LOCATIONS STAFF!!...

Did online order this morning. Medium hot coffee, extra extra. 1st off no sugar in the coffee, barely any cream(was basically black coffee). Drive away after realizing it was wrong, went back to exchange the coffee. Explained again, medium hot coffee, extra extra. When I got to the window, she had a large cup in her hand, and asked "4 Splenda no cream"?. NO, again, medium extra extra. Then says, o.k. 2.44. Explained to her she gave me the wrong coffee, which I didn't even drink, gave it back to her & she says again. 2.44.
