Fratelli's Pizza Runnemede New Jersey — Restaurant in Runnemede

I just ordered 30 wings. 10 Mild 10 BBQ and 10 Garlic and I get my order and my 5 year old is wanting her wings (the BBQ) my husband opens all of the containers and there aren't any BBQ there is 10 Hot 10 Mild 10 Garlic. She starts to cry. So I quickly call there and explain the situation. I'm put on hold for a few minutes and another woman picks up. She say she's the manager her name is Nil(?) I again explain the situation and she tells me "Well it says 10 HOT 10 MILD 10 Garlic" I said but that's not what I ordered. She says "well that's what's in our system , so I don't know what to tell you" I said what do you mean you don't know what to tell me?? How are you going to fix the situation?? She said "I'm sorry but I can't do anything for you." I said can I speak to the owner? She said "I can no longer continue this conversation" I said ok I'll come to the store....My husband goes to the store and her excuse is that they only have 1 driver. My husband said what the hell does that have to do with your mistake and they way you handled the situation on the phone? This is the worst customer service EVER. They are literally stupid people who can't seem to get the simplest order right. Or come up with the simple solution of making the BBQ wings and bringing them to us since they got the order wrong. Not me. We will NEVER order from this...

I should have just said no and gone to my usual place but I figured since a friend from this area a long time ago wanted to get food here, why not? I am only commenting on the entrée I got which was horrible. Got the chicken Franchise and the egg batter the chicken was cooked with had fallen off the chicken and was in clumps all over the meal. It looked like cheese curds. Way too much spice of oregano just doused on top of it also. This is not the way to make this dish. I was really disappointed and threw half of it away because it was just that bad. Maybe they shouldn’t make these types of entrées if they don’t know how to. Stick to pizza, wings and steak sandwiches here, maybe. This is not a real Italian restaurant. After reading all the reviews I see this place has a major problem with the customer service here. The reply’s to all the negative reviews are only trying to cover their own ass and be rude to the customers. Everytime we order from here I think maybe it will be different this time- but ONCE AGAIN- our order was over an hour and half past the time I ordered. I ordered at 615 and it didn’t come til 740 after I drove to the shop n had to meet the guy on my street bc he was lost. The food was cold by the time we got it :( I even called to ask about it and she said it’s on it’s way. I literally live around the block. Sad but we definitely will not be ordering from Fratelli’s again after several years of using their service.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Update: The house was completely lit up out front with the house number posted right on the front as well, doesn’t get any bigger. After I addressed the issue in person you started to say next time...... and I said I’m sorry there won’t be a next time.... this is not the first time we’ve had food delivered to our home.
