Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Russellville

I ordered the Buffalo Chicken pizza which was supposed to come with breaded chicken, onions, bacon and a swirl of buffalo sauce. The pizza was literally crust, cheese and grilled chicken. When I called to complain the manager on duty said the owner was too cheap to order breaded chicken so they use grilled chicken. He didnt believe me when I told him how the pizza arrived and had to review my pizza being made while I listened. He argued that the toppings were put on correctly but did concede that the sauce was left off. His remedy was to send a driver to my house with buffalo sauce if he had a driver available. I told him it looked like toppings had been picked off the pizza but he disagreed and wouldnt accept a picture to prove it. Decided to order out tonight. Checked the wait time on the online order site as they recommended and it says 30 min. Great. Order our food and about 25 minutes later we get a “your order is on its way” awesome. Another hour passes and we still don’t have our food. So we give a courtesy call to make sure things were still in route. A man answers the phone and immediately puts on hold. We hold for about 6 minutes and finally hang up and call back, maybe our call got dropped. The same man answers the phone and immediately yells “nope! We can’t take anymore orders” and tries to hang up. We get his attention and tell him that we were checking on an order we placed well over an hour before now. Okay, so I don't normally have a problem with papa John's, but today I did. The delivery guy was very nice. I want to put that out there. It was the food. Firstly, my mom ordered the 10 piece unsauced wings. She got to eat 5 of them, but then she bit into one that was RAW! Gross. Second, I had a new York style pepperoni pizza, well done. I had three slices before it turned cold. I also found a hair cooked into the pepperoni on the slice I was about to eat. Very disappointing. Lastly, I ordered extra of the peppers they give u with your pizza. I only got one, that comes with the pizza, but when I ordered 3 extra last time, they gave me 20 so not sure on how they distinguish how many peppers to give.
