Do not offer a drive thru option if you do not train your staff on drive-thru courtesy. Twice, on two separate trips, I had placed an order either on the phone or the mobile app with an estimated pick up time and each time I got there and pulled through the drive-thru, I sat there for no less than 20 minutes without even an acknowledgment from an employee that they were aware I was there. The first trip I had to call the store to tell them I was at the window and the second time I had to honk my car horn 3 times before they acknowledged me. Whatâs worse is they had my food ready both times and it just sat there for the whole time I had to wait for them to come to the window and give me my order. The toasted sandwiches were cold and soggy by the time they gave me my order at the window. Bottom line: If you have a drive thru in your restaurant, it would be wise to check for customers there every now and then, and then acknowledge them when they are so they know theyâre being taken care of and not ignored.
But even without the wait, the food was sub-par and a major...
Read moreI pulled up at drive thru. Set 5mins wasn't acknowledged or anything. There was 1 person inside and 2 employees. I blew horn, set another 3mins no one,so I pulled around and went in. Wasn't greeted. One employee was fixing customer sandwich. The other employee cashed lady out and stood there. I said I've been at window for total of 8mins without acknowledge. The customer says,my fault I had them occupied. Which is fine, but after other employee cashed her out. He could've acknowledged me as a customer and said I'll be right with you. Neither employees which was both young males, never said 1 word to me. The whole time,so I felt like my money wasn't important. The standing there smiling between each other, which made me madder and since my money wasn't good enough I left and went somewhere else. I work in public so Ik how customers need to be treated. These 2 employees didn't care not 1 bit, when you care it shows. The smiling between the two showed me they didn't care. And again, neither one of them never said 1 word to me...

The girls behind the counter were talking in front of the customers about a woman who didn't appreciate their work (no surprise) and how she threatened their jobs. The girls then laughed that off. THERE WAS NOT ANY THING PREPARED! Took 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. They kept having to go get more food. Nothing was stocked and ready. Then the attempted third sandwich was going to be my husband's. Low and behold, there was not any more meatballs. Oh, but there was a few! That got scraped out of the bottoms and looked old and dry. My husband took one look at the two disgusting meatballs sitting on his bread and said absolutely no thank you. The girl then proceeded to ask what was she supossed to do with it? Throw it away for goodness sake!! This was our first and LAST visit to this Subway...
