Charles Fast Foods & Taco Grill — Restaurant in Rutland Township

Recently stopped here on the way to Six Flags with my boyfriend. The ratings were so and so but we still decided to stop by because it had 4.6 rating.

The tacos were okay, chewy fatty pieces of meat let me know it wasn’t the highest quality but that’s okay, it’s a taco joint. I don’t expect wagyu beef but like not so much fatty pieces on our tacos.

The sauces were mild at best. Wish they would’ve had like actual spicy sauces.

The horchata tasted funny. To be honest it reminded me of what happens when your sponge isn’t clean and you try to wash dishes and you can taste it. FOOD COMA! I shouldn’t be writing this because now everyone will bombard the place! yes Go here and yes.eat! I was told about this place by a neighbor and Though ewww tacos at a gas station. That only happens in the reservations where we go. But new ways of perception happen when we can socially integrate cultures and what this place brings is great tacos and I bought a steak and chicken burrito to try it out. Well they are deliciously prepared and super yummy! But that salsa oh dang! That is the best I’ve had in ages. Don’t compare to notb. Or any other restaurant around. I hate to say it but I will be eating more from this gas station. Can you MAKE InDIAN TACOS THOUGH? With fry bread??? Someone...

Food is delicious but this is at least the third time we've planned to get take out from here and they've closed well before the time posted. Got here at 830 tonight, they close at 9. Girl at the window unlocked it and unapologetically said "we're closed." I'm like, you guys have been closing early a lot lately. She's like yeah, it's because our manager keeps telling us to close early.

Prices are usually higher than what's listed on their menu too so check your receipt.

It's a shame because again their food is really good. Just really need to work on...
