Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rutland Township

Sense moving to Pingree Grove, I’ve come to this Taco Bell quite a few times. I order 2 cheesy Gordita nacho cheese crunches with steak and no lettuce and I order a steak cantina power burrito with no pico, guacamole, or sour cream and add extra cheese and there avocado ranch sauce. And it’s been 5 months as a customer coming to Taco Bell in huntley, AND YOU GUYS STILL CANT GET MY ORDER RIGHT! More times than many out of what I order, my Gordita is the one that gets messed up. I either get beef instead of steak, or it’s the wrong shell I ask for cause more times than many it’s that. I get a regular shell. About a month ago today my burrito was mistaken as a bowl, what in God’s mind made you think I said a power bowl. Today I order the same thing as always and they messed up my Gordita with the shell, as usual. I told a manager that my order was messed up they said they’d fix it, they gave me the right shell this time but the forgot to put steak in it and they added sour cream. I am done with this Taco Bell, if anyone reads this now,

This Taco Bell is great! They are one of the best Taco Bell branches I have ever been to. Their service here is really nice and friendly. Their staff is well-trained, attentive, and decent. They are also helpful and know how to treat their customers so well. Service was outstanding! The place is very busy, with long lines at the counter, and they don't have plenty of seating to occupy. That is why some of the customers need to wait for a vacant table. That is the only problem I observed at this place. But still, everything on their menu is really worth the price. I would really love to visit this place again even if it is a very busy place, just to order again some of their awesome tacos, quesadillas, nachos, and other great offers. As can be expected in all chain fast food restaurants, the food i received was standard fare for Taco Bell. So how to rate? Service, friendliness, accuracy of my order. This was a drive thru visit. The order taker was friendly. My order was accurate. BUT with only one car in front of me at the delivery window why was there such a long wait? I sat for about five minutes. When the good was given to the car in front I heard the employee apologize for the wait. My turn to get my food. My food was sitting at the window and delivered immediately. No apology for the wait. Why did they not have the car in front of me pull up so those behind could be server? Maybe there was a good reason? But at least apologize to the other...
