We stumbled across this gem while stopping in Sabana Grande while road tripping / exploring the area. We were glad we did, as Sajumerio surprised us in the best way.

The food was fresh, delicious, and homemade with care. It was also truly refreshing in the unique ingredients and perspective on the dishes.

You can feel the care in the efforts to create a space that allows a comfort away from the chaos of our day to day.

It was a pleasure meeting and talking with the owner and chef. She is welcoming and open to share her experiences and perspectives with the food, drink, space, and more.
