SaVana Café — Restaurant in Sabana Grande

Food was good; the value for money is pretty even but when I got there the server never informed us that they had a birthday party and the wait was over an hour; when the food arrived after I've decided that was going to cancel the order the food arrived and my sandwich was the wrong one after I ate half they offered to change the other half it wasn't that much of a difference. The sandwich 🥪 was cheaper than the one I ordered and never got the price changed. I ordered a piña colada with alcohol and arrived without alcohol; when I informed the server that it doesn't have any alcohol they offered to add the alcohol and when the gave me the drink back with "alcohol" it tasted all the same like they skipped me on alcohol. And after all this experience the server never came back to informed us about the delay and never offered us if we wanted more drinks while waiting. I'll give service a big Fail. They lost me as a customer even though the food was okay taste wise. I would've changed my mind on coming back if they would've offered me a 10-15% discount on my next visit or on the...

The food itself is not bad, but the pancakes with the toppings doest come assemble you have to do it yourself. The food does come out hot, it comes out warm/cold. The mango lemonade was extremely sour. But the food as a whole is not bad!

Its the customer service that sucks.

At first the girl came up to the table and literally said nothing. Then after that she just didnt really speak or have the manners that servers usually display. Maybe she was having a bad day, but when youre paying $35+ for breakfast for two people the experience counts just as much as the food. Especially breakfast it sets the mood for the day. So definitely would say that if you value good customer service find another spot.
