West Café — Restaurant in Sabana Grande

Driving around PR on vacation and needed a coffee. Google suggested West Cafe. Stopped in and was greeted with a smiling friendly barista. Grabbed a couple of iced mochas and some chocolate milk for my little grandson. Staff didn’t mind the little one burning off some energy, running and jumping while we waited for our drinks. Al llegar el lugar estaba vacío, ordenamos frituras, 3 sándwiches de pastrami, uno de pavo, unas tostadas con queso y unos revueltos. Las frituras tardaron 45 min en traerlas (btw las bolitas de queso estaban frías por dentro). Para traer la comida tardaron aproximadamente hora y 20 min sin hacer ningún tipo de acercamiento a la mesa, ni tan siquiera preguntar si queríamos algo de tomar mucho menos una disculpa por la tardanza. Tuve que preguntar si tardaba mucho más para si no pagar por lo que ya habíamos consumido e irnos a lo que me respondieron con un poco de actitud que todo era fresco, se hacia al momento y las órdenes salían todas juntas que por eso no la habían traído pero que ya estaba lista que sólo faltaba sacar los sándwiches de la plancha, decido esperar para no dejarle la comida, me traen 3 de los sándwiches y el resto de la comida tardó aproximadamente 15 minutos más.
