Burger King — Restaurant in Sacramento

I placed a custom order online for two burgers with specific items/instructions to be either added or deleted. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order. After I received my order, I pulled over to check them and they BOTH were wrong! So I go inside and was met at the counter with the girl that gave me my order in the drive-thru with a bag saying "I gave you the wrong order, I'm sorry about that." She took the two burgers she gave me at first- threw them in the trash and returned with two more burgers. I checked them right there and only ONE of the two were right and I told her. She looked confused and asked my name again. I told her and what the burger was supposed to have on it- but I eventually took my phone out and pulled up the online order and hit the drop down icon to reveal the correct order. She took a picture of it with her phone and took it back to the guy responsible for assembling the burgers and stayed there until he got it right. I was annoyed that they don't seem to look at the entire "special instructions"- only looking at the first two VISIBLE items. Three Hamburgers fed the trash because the employees are working so fast to give customers the wrong items thereby essentially throwing product and money in the trash. I will say- they were pretty good burgers once made according to my instructions - but not good enough to ever go there again. The attitudes I was met with because I didn't accept what they gave me- almost made me cause a "scene" lol but I didn't give them what they expected. Burger King is NOTORIOUS for making burgers "their way!" So I don't go there but the HUBBY wanted BK- next time they'll have to deal with him when they mess up HIS order because I won't go...

We seemed to have gone to this location at a bad time. First, they appeared to be having issues with the clocking in and out times of a couple of employees. One was being questioned as to why she hadn't clocked out yet, when it was obvious she was busy taking orders, alone at the register. While this was occurring, another employee happened to show up an hour early, but when he (or someone else, not sure which) suggested clocking in, he was denied. We went to serve ourselves our drinks, only to find a very meager selection was actually available. Most of the flavors were grayed out--not available. Once we got our food, my son discovered that his burger was severly lacking in condiments and his lettuce was a piece no bigger than the size of a quarter. My two 10-piece nugget orders both contained only 9 nuggets each. I'm absolutely positive because this is a recurring problem I've had at other Burger King locations, so I ALWAYS count my nuggets before eating them. Apparently, counting correctly is not a requirement for employment at Burger King. This happens so often, I have to wonder what they do with all those nuggets the customers aren't getting. Is that how the employees feed themselves at the end of their shifts? At one drive-thru, they shorted us a whole 10-piece order. We ordered four but only got 3. Had to go all the way back for the 4th...not happy. As for tonight's experience, not really sure whose fault it was, as honestly, the poor guy seemed to really be struggling. Other customers were returning to the counter with their food, too. Some were pretty much the same complaint as my son's, burgers poorly "dressed", little or no condiments, etc. All in all, not a...

well that was a horrible whopper the bun was hard and the hamburger patty was hard to find it was like looking for a needle in a haystack and was cold and i was going thru the drive in got a milk shake it was cold but it wasn't mixed it had chunks of something in it that wouldn't come through straw and the worst part it cost me nearly 10$ for a bad night out guess i could have stayed home which is worst cos i live at APPLEWOOD ACUTE CARE which has the worst food in the county its a guess you would call it a "old folk's home" im here because i was abuse in a room and board house that the county allowed to have mostly to scam the state out of IHHS MONEY which is done but other things go on there that nobody cares to know about but also goes on in all the places that has people run them that are greedy for money that owe more money than than they make . well truth is me telling this might get me another beating but who cares they will just move me again so good luck just be careful what you eat just eat a JUNIOR WHOPPER SMALLER BUT MOST LIKELY...
