I've been meaning to check this donut shop out but I tend to sleep in miss them. After visiting I truly wish that I hadn't waited so long. It was busy, which is a great sign for any dining establishment, but that didn't slow down the man and woman that worked, and I am guessing, owned the establishment. I was craving a jelly donut, as that is my new bad girl treat, and was disappointed to not find one in their many shelves in their glass showcase. Disappointment didn't last long because I was excited about all the different choices they did have. I did ask when it was my turn, which was a whole 2 minutes even with a filled store, and to my surprise, they had my raspberry jellies in the cooling rack because they just got out of the oven and just had been filled. They were not hesitant to offer me the wares, just telling me it would be an extra moment to allow them to finish setting (or cooling or whatever). By the time I got a can of coke out of their cooler they had my requested items bagged and ready to go. They were super friendly when I asked where the napkins were. They gave gourmet coffee, cans of soda, coffee, tee, breakfast sandwiches, etc. You won't be disappointed if...
Read moreEvery time I've come here, there's been some type of problem. To not adding cheese, that I paid extra for, to adding onion when I said no onion amd they even wrote it on the bag for the chef. I figure, one more shot. $5.50 for a blt croissant, $1.25 for a can of soda. Steep for a can of soda, but ok. I tell her what I want, she rings up the items on the register and walks away. I get to the counter, it's a different lady that is at the register now, she adds another $1.25 to my bill. I don't notice at first. I realize wait it shouldn't have been just under $8, I she charged for the soda twice. I try to ask, she goes to the register and re enters my item amounts, and it's not the same as she charged me. She tries telling me she gave me back $12 and change, I'm like no, that total is not the same as when I was actually rung up and paid. She just smiles shakes her head no and talks to the other lady in their language. Definitely will NOT be giving them another chance. Either way, the totals didn't match, so who knows what they're charging. Should have been $6.75, not $7.97, but they enter and ring up random numbers and then refuse to listen....
