This Jack in the Box messes up every single time I ordered they either forget the curly fries and get me regular fries they forget my egg rolls or they forget my tacos not a big deal usually because I call and they put it in there little book for me to claim later which I never do but I called to let them know that mishaps. This last mishap it messed up my curly fries I called someone picked up the phone set the phone down and I listen to the laugh and have a good time for 30 minutes I was so irritated that my husband and I drove up there to the Jack-in-the-Box with them still on my phone that they had put me on hold and when I came up there to confront them about the unprofessionalism that disrespectful playing in the joking in the phone situation there was more of a laughter than anything and a shoulder shrug I ended up getting my money back I did yell at the manager and the other manager that came out and let them know that it was disrespectful and inappropriate for them to be playing around like that and for whoever picked up the phone and was playing on it should be dealt with. My burger did not have all the ingredients on it and neither did the tacos and when I asked for it to be remade the two girls that were working on the front said if she couldāve just taken it and been happy. I think that's how she spellsher name, she's one of the drive through employee. She works night shift. My first expression when I first saw her.. I was like " omg she's going to be slow as heck!!! ". I was assuming already because she's a big tall person and i thought she's going to be slow as every body that works there.. most employees that works there, they take their time not knowing we're in a hurry to get to where we need to go. But wow!! She's quick.. like really quick. I love how she works.. she's really fast in taking orders.. packing my food, making sure I have all my orders, ask me if I need sauce with out me checking my bags to see if my sauce was given to me. I have to praise her on one specific thing. One time I did a drive through I was in a bad mood from work already and being hungry that makes it worse since the line was long.. I pulled up looking grumpy and moody and I know I acted rude lol.. she looked at me and smile and say " hi " your total is.. Her politeness changes my mood that night.
