Jimboy's Tacos — Restaurant in Sacramento

Actually need negative stars! The Jimboys on Franklin and Fruitridge is THE WORST I've ever been to literally every single time! I haven't been there in at least 6 months bc last time was AWFUL too but I thought I'd try again since it's been a while and it's Tuesday (taco tuesday). All I ordered was 2 chicken tacos and a small iced tea which was almost $10. There were only 2 cars in front of me and it took 27 minutes to get through the line. The 2 employees at the window were just chatting amongst themselves with no sense of urgency just moving as slow as they felt like and barely even acknowledging me as the customer at the window. Then to top it off after waiting so long, I thought at least the food should be fresh but NOPE! COLD tacos that were already soggy and splitting down the seem, and no cheese on them. Literally not even almost yummy. So basically I paid $10 to sit in line for almost half hour and then starve. I don't understand how one location is just so...

I have been to this location n=3 times across a 15 month period. On one occasion, I received exactly what I ordered. On two other occasions I did not. In one of those cases, the employee actually paused before handing me the bag and asked me, "Did you order xxxx?" What I had ordered was actually = to yyy. I said, "No, I ordered yyy." She laughed and said, "Ok, no, that's right. That's correct." I paused and asked, "Is this yyy that you are handing me?" She said, "Oh, yea. It is." When I got home, what was in the bag was = to xxxx. Note added from memory: This employee was seen on her cell phone during the wait peirod for my xxxx food.

Anyway, I dined there one time when my order was correct. It was poorly maintained. Several of the tables were not cleaned. Nobody here is particularly friendly. Therei s an AutoZone next door to the place that I should...

I normally do not review food establishments....but I went thru Jimboys Franklin/Franklin in May 2021. I made a $29.79 order. In a rush I completely forgot my order except for my drink... drove off. Called immediately once home and spoke to supposedly a manager (female) who took my name and told me to come back that she had recorded my info. I go back with my receipt, and had the worst experience with the staff. They were rude, unwilling to assist and uncooperative. It would have cost them pennies to ring up my order. 3 Latinas including the mgr who didn't have a backbone. Mgr said to staff, 'give her her order.' The two (2) other staff (1 old lady with black eyes, and another with fake nails made change her mind! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE shiesters working...
