⭐️ 1 STAR — I wish I could give zero! $97 for the Mandarin Dinner for 5 and EVERYTHING was horrible. I don't even know where to start — this place was a complete disaster from the food to the service. It was takeout, and I’m still furious.

⚠️ The Payment Issue: I gave the woman $100 cash and told her twice I wanted my change back. She gave me a handwritten tab with just the total — no item breakdown, no proper receipt. When I realized I didn’t get my change and came back, she said, “Oh, I thought you were tipping me.” Excuse me?! Who tips before trying the food — and for takeout?? Super shady behavior. 🤮 The Food — Absolutely Disgusting: Teriyaki Chicken: Flavorless, dry, and just sitting in a bland sauce. No veggies, no seasoning, didn’t even taste like teriyaki. Crab Puffs: Burnt and tasted like old, refried frozen food. Chow Mein & Veggies: Clearly frozen veggies — soggy, bland, and gross. Chicken Fried Rice: Hard clumps of rice like it was frozen and barely reheated. It wasn’t even warm! Shrimp Dish: This one made me SICK — literally. Shrimp were undercooked, I took one bite, and immediately threw up. Beef & Broccoli, Sweet and Sour Pork, Soup: All tasted days old. Zero freshness, zero flavor. Portions: The containers weren’t even filled up all the way. For $97, this felt like a total scam. 💬 I’m a chef — and I promise I can make Chinese food 100x better than what I got here. I’m not Asian, but I know good food, and this was straight-up trash. I seriously believe they might be serving old or reheated food, and possibly giving better food to select customers, but I wouldn’t want it either way — it was all bad. 😡 I’m reporting this place to the health department. Undercooked shrimp? Burnt food? Cold and tasteless dishes? That’s a health and safety issue. I only came here because Chopsticks Express (in the same shopping center) was closed — and I’ve been going there for 30+ years. I’ll NEVER make that mistake again. I should’ve just waited.

BOTTOM LINE: Don’t waste your money. Don’t risk your stomach. Even Panda Express is better than this. Go to Chopsticks Express instead — they’re way better in every...

The lady who answered the phone was very rude!

My girlfriend and I called this place and asked if they can deliver to our house. It says free delivery on their menu. My girlfriend has a very strong Korean accent and all the lady working reception had to say was “I don’t understand you” in a very rude attitude. My girlfriend slowly repeated herself enunciating very clearly and the lady once again responds “yeah, all I heard was that you want to order? What are you trying to ask?” That’s when I took the phone from my girlfriend and told the lady what’s right! “My girlfriend was asking if you can deliver for free-“ and before I can even finish my sentence she interrupts to say “we don’t deliver”. And I say “it says free delivery on your menu?”. And she just repeated herself again so I just hung up on her and we got Panda Express instead. How are you going to work at a Chinese restaurant and get upset when someone speaks to you with an Asian accent?

I’m a sous-chef at a Marriott hotel and I understand being upset with intolerant people but this lady had attitude before me and my girlfriend could even order. My family lives in pocket and we’ve been eating here since 2013-2014. I’m never going back out of sheer spite of the rudeness of the...

Came into this place on a Saturday night. Empty, but we dicided to give it a chance. The order process was simple and straight forward. But what was alarming was that our four plates came out in less than 7 minutes. The shrimp fried rice and the peas in it were still frozen or cold. The szechuan chicken was cold. And through this whole time a teenager is laughing playing fornite on his mobile. And did I forget to mention a grandma is sleeping next to refrigerator? The parents obviously never told the kid to lower his voice. He was loud to where there were times during our dinner he was the only one to be heard in the dining hall. Then when presented with the check I told one of the servers about the cold food and she looked at me as if i was lying, "everything is made fresh to order" she said. It was as if my comment went unacknowledged while she stood there in silence. I ended up paying for my meal but regretted my choice to eat...
