Order food and go it pick it up. At the window they had to ask about my shales because they can not read a ticket.
Get home and all food was cold, items missing, and what was received was wrong.
Call them and a dude answers. I tell him I need to talk to a manager and he says, "I'm busy what do you want". This was rude. Thinking he must be the manager then, I start explaining. He just sets the phone down without letting me know and goes get a girl. Now if I didn't have a cell phone I would have thought he hung up!
The girl gets on and is rude and argumentive. She keeps interrupting me then just tells me to bring the food back.
I brought the food back and the guy from the phone greets me. He is sniffing like crazy as if he just snorted something and seems a bit twitchy... He also keeps interrupting me and talks as if everything needs to speed up and talks quickly and was a bit rude... Also, they were not busy... no other cars or people inside... so...
They only replace 3 items and AGAIN forgot things and the only items they replace were still not hot. So now I have a lot old cold food and wasted money.
Don't eat here. There are a lot of better options for quick food in saginaw. Also, think they should...

GPS hospitality.... you are supposed to say yes to the customers but the manager in charger wasnât even in charge. She could barely run her crew. This place was falling apart. I should have walked out the second I wasnât greeted when walking through the door... or maybe when they werenât friendly.... and behind the counter in the kitchen was filthy. Tonight would have been a great night for Corporate to pop up... I always give this location extra chances because we love Burger King and itâs close to our house.... but will never go to this location. I sure hope they learn to how to handle customers soon. 10/10 would NEVER recommend.

This employee didnt get upset or disgusted at all about the full change
My only complaint was that the hash browns were soggy and tasted freezer burnt, and the breakfast sandwiches were thrown rain the wrappers so quick that they were just all over in the wrapper,
Liked burger king 1x a out every month, so not thing I'm gonna spend that kind of money again risking getting food like that again
I want to stress tho that the employees seemed like they had no problem working,or enjoy it .
Alot k places u go, the employees treat u like street trash. Even when they hve nm idea who they are talking to
Buger King, who ever is training your employees. Give the. A raise and keep them around, they are doing an amazing job
Maybe just replace some of the sandwich makers or whoever makes the hash browns
