Taco Bell — Restaurant in Saginaw

If it was possible they wouldn't even get the 1 🌟 you have to chose to make a review known. They should actually have (negative) ---🌟 This Saginaw, MI store is absolutely the WORST TACO BELL ever! Don't bother going here... Save your money because you won't get it back if they mess up (which is everytime). There has never been one time that this staff at anytime has gotten an order right. They have never answered any phone calls. There is never a receipt in the bag. I'm guessing so you can't take it back and prove they screwed up the order. I have to order food special due to allergies and have had to throw away 3 orders by the time I have gotten home due to contamination of food items being either left on or scraped off which again is contamination. If you are trying to kill people you will succeed very soon!!! People with allergies order a certain way to avoid eating them and having reactions or Dr/Hospital visits. They are rude and insensitive to customers in all ways that go against (Customer Service). When you order fast food you should not have to babysit their staff for any reason. This Michigan Ave store is in a sad sad state of any kind of service for customers. In my opinion this store should have everyone from the owner to the management to the staff completely revamped. And that was said nicely on my end!! Actually I'd prefer to see it closed for the poor quality of presentation, poor quality of food served and the rudest people ever. I will never recommend nor repeat the sad mistake of ever returning to this sickening store. How it gets any good reviews I don't...

I went there today to get some nacho fries. The manager took my money and then told me they were out of Nacho fries. I was like what else can i get for that amount? Soft taco they were out of hard shells... She told me i can refund your money I'm like ok... Then I asked how long until it went back on the card and she said a day. I only had two dollars on my card and that pissed me off. So then I asked to speak to her supervisor and her Supervisor was the one who told her that they had the fries both of them did not know what inventory they had in the building. Then since they refused to resolve my problem in a nice fashion I asked to for the district managers number and the district manager just happened to be there. And he was even more rude than the other two managers that I talked to. He pretty much laughed at me the entire time. He refused to give me the owners number and then kicked me out like I was in the wrong for wanting some resolvement and decent customer service. I did file a complaint...

This Taco Bell is THE WORST!!! Just look at my photo, I ordered nachos, two cantina bowls, and a double stacked taco. First of all, the food was cold and soggy, like it had been sitting a while. Next, the taco was crushed. Lastly, the nachos were in the bottom of the bag. UNDERNEATH 2 heavy cantina bowls. They were smashed, and GROSS!!! I don’t eat nachos with a spoon by habit, but tonight I had no other choice. If I wanted the nachos, I had to eat them with the spoon ir I wasn’t gonna have any of them. I ordered my food with a delivery service, but this has nothing to do with their service. This has everything to do with the packaging by Taco Bell. I’m very discouraged. This was my money and now it was just wasted on gross food. I should’ve just stayed with my idea for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
