McDonald's — Restaurant in Saginaw

Went through drive through and ordered a burger happy meal with apples, choc milk, 4 double cheeseburgers, a small fry and a large fry. Paid and was told to pull to the end of the building to wait for the food. After 5-6 minutes of waiting and vehicles behind me leaving after waiting a young guy came out confused as to where the purchase he had was suppose to go to and after coming up to two other vehicles behind me he proceeded to my car. I got out and watched a young girl with a happy meal go to the car two behind me looking confused as to where that went and she gave the happy meal to that car. The young guy stopped as I stopped about 4-5 feet away from him and I expressed my discord with the wait and the fact that he didn’t have my order and I had been waiting over 5 minutes for my order. I gave him Bach the choc milk and demanded a refund. He stated he would get the refund. I went back to my vehicle to get my debit card as I know they need that to refund it. I went inside and again had to wait for a another 2 minutes when I demanded to speak with a manager. The manager stated she was getting the receipt. I waited some more than I finally told them I think I have been waiting long enough. The manager was rude as the rest of the staff. There was no reason for such the delay as it was not busy and there was ample staff. Fries don’t take over 5 minutes to cook. I would never return to this establishment again. They were cool with the birthday party. The food wasn't bad. What the problem was is there was a needle in the changing station in the men's bathroom. My husband took our son to the bathroom to change his diaper and opened up the changing table to a needle in it. That tells me nobody is cleaning the changing table and nobody is checking the bathroom regularly. This is a dangerous object to be in reach of any child. When I asked to speak to the manager, the lady who was manager intentionally ignored me. To the point where she kept looking behind to see if I was there and then turn around and look at the drive thru. The second time I got a bit louder and asked again. This time I was acknowledged. I told the lady who walked up and said she was a manager what happened. She said ok. But I never saw anyone go back to the bathroom and clean it up. As stated we were there for a 3 year olds birthday so plenty of children going to the bathroom. Our son wasn't the only kid that needed the changing station. This needs to be addressed and handled. This is easily the worst Mcdonals in Saginaw and most likely the Tri-Cities. Nearly everytime I go there there is wait and not just a short wait but a good 15 minutes or more. You almost feel handcuffed waiting for your food! Then after waiting they hand you the wrong order or they forget something. When I order my food in the drive thru they tell me to place my order I do then they end up missing most of it and I have to repeat myself. I ask for a diet Coke no ice sure enough I get a regular coke with ice! Then I hear excuses how it automatically adds ice. Ok I didn't want Ice though? You can't fill a cup up without ice for real?? No you forgot the order, again. If you machine does it automatically then go to the manual machine and fill it up! No excuses please! Not only that but there have been times when I've gone there I see a lot of people flocking around it asking for hand outs, thats inside and outside.
