Terrible service and unorganized staff. My son wanted a slushie and fries so bad tonight. Pulled up to a long drive thru line. My son was in his PJs (he's 14) so he didn't want to get out and risk running into school mates. One of the 2 lanes was down so the line moved slower than usual but hey, one line should mean no mistakes/confusion on who's order is who's at the window right! .... wrong.... order my sons stuff and I ordered an unsweetened tea. Paid the amount confirmed at the screen at window #1. Things went wrong at window #2 where we pick up the order. Employee proceeded to hand me 2 small drinks and a medium drink. I said no and told her what my order was. After waiting about 2-3 mins she asked me for my receipt. Okay here we go, how did things go wrong from window 1 to window 2. After another 2-3 mins she came back with the slushie and a bag. Hand it over to my son and looked back at her waiting for the rest of my order. She then asked me what else had I ordered. I told her my unsweetened tea. She grabs a medium drink from the front of her and said "oh this is your unsweetened tea". Pull off and drive about 2 mins down the street and took my first sip of the tea. IT WAS SWEET TEA!!! annoyed I turned around because 1) I cant drink sweet tea and 2) I wanted to bring up the disorganization to management. Now I have to park and go in which completely defeated the entire drive thru purpose. My son stayed in the car. Immediately as I walked in the place smelled like sweaty feet. The floors were wet and sticky. The fountain drink self serve area was a mess. I didn't want to stay and deal with the crowd inside so I just fixed my own drink and left. I just left feeling GROSS and annoyed. We will not be back. Good thing my son really prefers Chick Fil A but...
Read moreWent through drive thru at 10:55 wanting lunch but was told they were only doing breakfast and lunch started at 11. Whatever. We made it work. Ordered breakfast sandwich and pancakes for kid. They told me to pull into parking spot and had to wait 15+ minutes to get my food. Gave me the wrong sandwich. But again, whatever. Quality was not good but it’s fast food and end of breakfast so I wasn’t expecting much. Kid wanted jelly for biscuit so I moved my car to an unmarked parking spot and went in to get strawberry jelly. Had to wait 3 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me and I asked for strawberry jelly. In a huff, employee went to got get some, frantically gave it to me, then stormed off. Grape jelly. Ok whatever. It’s jelly at least. Got back to car and decided just to sit and eat since it’s pancakes and syrup with a kid. An employee quickly wanted to acknowledge me now though and came out to tell me I need to move because they need those spots for the drive thru. I was in an unmarked parking spot and the 5 spots labeled for drive thru were empty except one spot was taken while they waited for food. I asked why I had to move since it was unlabeled and they still had plenty spots open. They just said because once it gets busy they need to use those spots for the drive thru. Makes no sense when I am not in a drive thru space. If you want to reserve a spot for that, then label it.
I know it’s fast food and decent workers are hard to come by nowadays but the customer service at this location is atrocious and should definitely be addressed. If you can’t handle dealing with customers, then don’t work at a place where you all you do is...
Read moreUsually I have a good experience at this location, except the last few visits and tonight was the final straw before posting this. They have been mixing up my orders for the last couple months and giving the wrong items. Tonight was a whole other level of incompetence. I went through the drive through, and got told to pull into a parking spot. 20 minutes go by and I have watched 15 other people get their orders but not mine. I ask about it and they say theyll check on it. Finally they bring me the order, after waiting 30 minutes, but it was wrong. Mind you, I only ordered 2 meals, so it shouldn't have been complex. Double quarter pounder was fine, but they gave me a spicy mccrispy deluxe when I asked for a regular deluxe. I mention that, and they take it back. 10 minutes go by and they bring a spicy mc crispy (not deluxe). Still not what I asked for. After another 5 minutes waiting they bring a box that says it's a regular and I leave (despite the French fries being cold at this point) just to find out when I get home that they just put the spicy sandwich in a regular box to shut me up. Extremely lazy, and unprofessional. I'm 8 months pregnant and can't eat spicy food right now without suffering from extreme heartburn, which is why i ordered REGULAR and NOT SPICY. So not only did I spend 45 minutes waiting, they gave me the wrong food 3 separate times, so I got to eat nothing for dinner. Thanks. If you go here be sure to quadruple check what it is, because even if it's in the right package, it may still be the wrong food!!!! Disappointed...
