Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Saint Bernard

Been wanting to try this place since my 1st visit to Ohio. After waiting a year...I can't say it was worth the wait. Food isn't too terrible but putting all that food with the mound of cheese in that tiny little platter is a disaster. I never been here so I didn't know what to expect. Guess I could have asked for another plate but I was already spilling cheese all over. Couldn't taste the chili for all the cheese. Made a mess. Once I got a spot free to try the chili, it was too watery for my liking but maybe it was water from the noodles? I'd try it again but I will bring a big bowl so I can mix it all up like some legit chili mac. lol...Oh...love the...

Hopped into this restaurant around 7pm the other night. Had some great service and even better food. Hot and quick to the table. There weren't many customers so I went and looked at the reviews. I saw many scathing reviews about a girl named Lauren. I had to ask my server who this girl was and she told me Lauren hadn't worked at this store for a few months! Not sure why there are many (and brand new) reviews about her behavior but it seems they dont have truth behind them... I just wanted to clear the air about this good business. I have been to many, many, Skylines, and this one is one of the best. The boy, no -- man, making my Coneys was obsessed, watching him puff up the shredded cheddar between his hands was like watching Michelangelo fill his palette before painting the Sistine Chapel. The wiener was perfectly cooked, the bun perfectly steamed, the chili was perfectly sloppy. I sat and pondered my existence as I drowned the dog in hot sauce from the full container, and the first bite was pure bliss.
