I ordered 100 mini popsicles and rented a popsicle cart and rainbow umbrella for delivery for my daughter’s baptism. I was charged $460 dollars. I asked for a photo of the set up I would receive so I could plan for placement. I did not receive the photo. I also did not receive the umbrella I rented. I did not receive the flavors I requested and was not communicated with to choose other flavors. When I brought these issues to Streetpops attention I received a weak response. Arrived 10 minutes before the posted closing time according to maps and their own voicemail greeting. Guy working there said he had already closed the register and couldn't sell us anything, even if we paid with cash. I just encountered their popsicle truck for the first time and I was very pleasantly surprised. I walked by and saw that they had butterfly pea-flavored popsicles and had to try one. I got that and pineapple strawberry and they were both delicious the employee was nice but the payment pad had a tip option, which I feel is crazy for taking a popsicle out of a cooler.
