Hardee’s — Restaurant in Saint Charles

Currently in the drive through... tried to order got cut off 3 times before I could complete my order. The woman had no name tag. Long dark brown hair. tattoos on her arms. And was excessively rude. Me "May I have a #6 with no" Her "do you want a combo" Me "yes... may I have a medium number 6" Her "ma'am... do you want a combo?" Me "again... yes. May I have a medium number 6 with no mayo. And curly fries and a dr. Pepper no ice." Her "what kind of drink" Me "a dr. Pepper with no ice" Her "any thing else" Me "can i" Her "your total is 11.04" Medium #6 no mayo, curly fries. And a dr. Pepper no ice... not even a complicated order. Waited 2 minutes before being spoken to once I got to the window. Got handed a small drink. When I asked if the combo was medium she stated yes. Then I asked why my drink was small. She responded after rolling her eyes. "oh.. I thought you wanted a small drink." Me. "It was a medium combo correct?" Her "yes" Me "okay... can I have my medium soda" She went and got the soda I handed her my card. (My vehicle is to tall to swype it myself) Swype my card got handed a reciept. Then when my food was done she handed me the bag and walked away in the middle of my question. "May I have some ketsup" Walked back confused why I was still at the window I asked for some ketsup and received it. That was the most rude experience I have ever had whilst ordering a meal. And I will be calling the corporate office...

Horrible, piss-poor excuse of a "restaurant", run by lazy, rude, incompetent people, with even worse employees. The entire place is filthy, because the employees refuse to work unless their boss shows up. The restrooms are filthy and have smelled like pot smoke on many occasions, and the employees are known to be "under the influence" or drugs and/or alcohol while on the job, and while their boss ignores it. They are so lazy, they even have CUSTOMERS clean up for them in exchange for free drinks and food..I personally know of at least two people that cleaned up for them, and they even had an eighty-year-old man clean up in the back for them. There's rats in the building, the soda machine leaks and they refuse to fix or replace it, and they also refuse to do anything about the broken AC. They have been reported numerous times to corporate, who doesn't do a damn thing about the problems. They were recently reported by a regular customer that provided photographic proof, and instead of getting their acts together, they BANNED this person from the restaurant and threatened to have him arrested..I guess they have something to hide and know that they got busted. I urge anybody who has been to this Hardees to report them to the Health Department and anywhere else that can take some action against this Hardees location, because it needs to be shut down...

Today's word is Microwave. I came in approximately 5:45pm Saturday February 23rd 2019. First thing I noticed was this place was empty no customers thats odd for a Saturday. Second thing was this place was very clean. Friendly manager took my order. What I saw next was horrifying I watch my Grilled Cheese Burger get prepared on precooked toasted bread. (not freshly toasted) The cook placed cheese on both sides of the bread then MICROWAVED! the bread to melt the cheese. added bacon to the sandwhich. The cook then pulled the burger pattie from a water filled pan on the steam table placed the pattie on the bread then placed the other bread on top then placed the sandwhich back into the MICROWAVE! to heat it up again! Meanwhile your drive thru personnel was helping himself to some fries and cross contaminating everything. check your security camera approximately 5:45pm-6:10pm to see it.When I recieved the order the fries were Ice cold. My Question is why? Do you know you can kill someone from eating food that is not prepared properly? Right now this is an unsafe place to eat. Please re-educate your employees on proper food...
