Jafra Mediterranean Restaurant is an amazing place to have authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The moment you enter the restaurant, you are greeted with a warm welcome and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The friendly staff makes you feel comfortable and assists you in every way possible. They are knowledgeable about the menu and are always happy to provide suggestions and recommendations. The hummus served at Jafra is hands down the best I have ever tasted. It is creamy, smooth and has just the right amount of garlic and tahini. The pita bread is freshly made and perfectly complements the hummus. The tabbouleh is fresh and flavorful, and the combination of parsley, mint, and bulgur makes for a refreshing dish. The ouzi is a must-try dish at Jafra. The aroma of the spiced rice and the tender meat inside the pastry is heavenly. The chicken Shawarma is another highlight of the menu. The chicken is marinated to perfection, and the spices are well balanced. The Shawarma is served with pickles, garlic sauce, and fresh pita bread. The service at Jafra is friendly and attentive. The staff is always ready to answer any questions and ensure that your dining experience is the best it can be. The owners of the restaurant are wonderful people who take great pride in their food and their customers. They are always happy to chat and make you feel like you are part of the family. To top it all off, Jafra serves amazing Turkish and Arabic coffee. The aroma of the coffee fills the air, and the taste is rich and flavorful. It is the perfect way to end a fantastic meal. Jafra Mediterranean Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The food is delicious, the service is friendly and attentive, and the owners are wonderful people.

Driving past, I spotted the sign from the corner of my eye, so i turned back and wow, am i glad I did. This was my first day at a new assignment and luckily I finished work early. I hope there will be another day when I can go again. So down the the nitty gritty, I started with Baba Ghanouj, and of course I'm familiar enough to know what to expect. This was way above my expectations. Delicious, wonderful, no, lets just say helwa, helwa. English didnt do it justice. My first time in a place, I usually start with something I know, a bit like a yardstick to see how they measure up. It was off the chart. Then came the lamb chops, I didnt know where to start. The aromas kept me riveted for a good few moments, the visual appeal resonated on two counts, 1 my very English love of lambchops, 2 my thorough appreciation of Arabic treatment when cooking lamb. All four chops looked like they should be eaten first. I had to pick one. What are the utensils for? I have fingers, I picked one and relished all the aroma, slowly I bit into it. Lamb chops are good, I do love them, these were again, off the chart. I was helped by Zain who clearly has a family connecton to the restaurant and warmly welcomed the guests, moreover he enthusiatically help with menu interpretations. This was all round a five star experience. I just hope my dreadful work hours affords me an early finish again, so that I can explore a little more of their amazing cuisine.

I've now sampled the food twice in 3 days. Have tried the coffee, Shawarma, Hummus, Falafel, Kufta, Rice, Freekah, and Kanafa. The Hummus is authentic, not your Sabra brand, it's delish! The Falafel is mixed well bringing all the flavors together and fried crispy with a tender center. Very very good and again, authentic, Falafel. The Turkish coffee is brewed traditionally with cardamom pods to bring some aromatic fresh slight sweetness to the coffee. It was strong as it should be. The Freekah felt like a nice warm taste of home. Tender carrots, translucent onions, and a salty broth. The Shawarma sandwich I had was a tad light on the meat and didn't take over the sandwich as it should but still a tasty mixture. I was surprised by the addition of fresh peppers I've never had added and it was surprisingly good. The Kufta and rice were both authentic and cooked well. The Kufta spices were savory and strong. Last, the Kanafa. Cheese based dessert packed with sweet flavor and topped with crunchy shredded Philo dough. Once again, authentic, and very well executed dessert. Highly recommend the Kanafa if you stop for nothing else. The business is family operated with mom and dad hanging in the kitchen while the kiddos run the front. Very friendly people. Keep up the great work, I hope yo see your success into the future!

Title: A Delightful Experience at Jafra Mediterranean Restaurant

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jafra Mediterranean Restaurant, and it has quickly become one of my go-to places for a satisfying meal. This family-owned establishment, offers a delightful culinary experience that I highly recommend.

One of my favorite dishes at Jafra is the lamb chops. The succulent and perfectly cooked lamb chops never fail to impress me. The tender meat, seasoned to perfection, simply melts in your mouth, leaving a burst of flavors that are both savory and satisfying. On other occasions, I have also indulged in their mix grill, which offers a delectable assortment of grilled meats that never disappoints.

Beyond the exceptional food, the service at Jafra Mediterranean Restaurant is truly commendable. The staff members are friendly, attentive, and always go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The family-owned nature of the restaurant shines through in the warm and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel like a valued guest.

The ambiance of Jafra adds to the overall charm of the dining experience. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for both intimate dinners and gatherings with friends and family. The attention to detail in the decor further enhances the Mediterranean vibe, transporting you to a different world as you savor your meal.

Overall, my experiences at Jafra Mediterranean Restaurant have been consistently delightful. The combination of exceptional food, friendly service, and inviting ambiance make it a standout choice for Mediterranean cuisine. Whether you're a fan of their mouthwatering lamb chops or the tantalizing mix grill, Jafra is sure to leave you satisfied and...

My wife & I ate here for the first time on Nov 15, 2023. We very much enjoyed our meal and our dining experience! Our server was excellent, discussing several dishes with us, making recommendations (without being pushy!), and bringing our food to us as soon as it was ready. (We could see part of the kitchen, and we were only people there while our food was being prepared, so we knew when she was given our meals.)

I had qidrah as my entree, my wife had the beef shawarma plate for hers, and both were very tasty. (Mine was a bit dry for my preferences, but we each has a small dish of a sauce -- hers seemed yogurt-based, mine included diced cucumbers -- which we traded with each other and added to our plates, along with a small bowl of chopped vegetables, and I was very happy with the results. I had Arabic coffee, which was interesting (strong-brewed, lots of cardamom in it, and served black, with sugar on the side), and it went well with our dessert. Yes, we also had dessert! Cheese kolaj ("Warbat") for her, and "Lebanese Nights" ("Layali Lubnan") for me. Both desserts were very good, though I'll admit, we both liked her "sweet cheese" dish better. ("Lebanese Nights" was the more unusual of the two desserts, mainly because of its strong floral scent and flavor, which may have rose water used in the recipe -- not a bad flavor at all, but very "different" for us.)

Overall, we recommend Jafra for a nice, reasonably-priced mediterranean meal. (Nice place for a dinner date!!!) :-) We're planning to return the next time we're...
