Swing-A-Round — Local services in Saint Charles

My family had a terrible experience here. We were a group of 5, and halfway through the course, the owner approached us and said we needed to "hurry it up" because there were other families behind us, who, by the way, were also groups of 5+. We weren't moving at a slow pace or lollygagging and all the other parties were having a good time. It felt completely unreasonable and unfair. To make matters worse, the owner actually pointed at us and shook her head while talking to her employees about us, which was very rude and unprofessional. The only redeeming part of the experience was that the manager saw what happened and offered an apology for her actions and gave us free drinks. Swing Around "Fun" Town St. Charles is the closest putt putt course/batting cages to us but we will be driving out of our way to get treated...

They allow groups of 8 kids go /VERY crowded / not allowed to play through large groups as almost ALL courses do . NO Enforcement of ANY RULES OR REGULATIONS! No stroke limit or group limit ….. a LOT of standing around waiting on huge groups to play. When we ( my daughter , granddaughter & I) went to leave we did talk to them & the girl said “ There’s no way to enforce ANY OF OUR RULES LISTED. “POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/ seemed to TOTALLY NOT CARE AT ALL ! It wasn’t fun b/c out of respect for the MANY GROUPS OF 2-3 ppl behind us ALSO waiting …. We felt uncomfortable & rushed .A REALLY BAD CHOICE FOR MINI GOLF ! …..& in addition to this …. Their prices are considerably higher than most places in the St Charles area ….GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!! NOT MANAGED...

Found out the hard way, that on line gift cards are only good at the Fenton, MO location. The young lady that worked there was very nice, but could not make the cards work as the St Charles location has no way of reading or inputting the bar codes. She called her manager and we were comped a free putt putt game and free drinks. My grandsons, 11 and 14, had a good time at the batting cages, putt putt and in the little arcade inside, especially on the air hockey game. Good place to take your kids if you are looking for something to do...
