WHAT IS WITH RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE?? It was our first time going to picklemans and sadly it looks as if it will be our last. The guy who took out order didn't seem too thrilled to be there. He was young and we are used to seeing kids working who clearly just don't want to be. No big deal. We ordered a #11 and a #2. We got it to go. Got home and saw that instead of a number 2 (ham), we had a tuna. Seeing as how I am allergic to tuna, we obviously called Picklemans about the mistake. The boy who answered the phone kindly passed us to the manager. The manager told us without a receipt she couldn't help us. She said she "searched and saw no such order". I happened to find our receipt when we were on hold. I told her our order number was 52 and she argued with me that we told her we came inside and if our number was 62 then that meant we really ordered online. I corrected her by again saying 52 not 62. She then argued that we ordered a tuna and her employee would have told us that. I explained to her that I ordered the ham (and I naturally said Swiss, but I didn't know what cheese was onit) so that caused her to argue that they don't even have Swiss so I must be wrong. I could not believe this woman argued so hard over a sandwich error. She said they would refund us for the tuna. I asked for her name and she responded by hanging up on me. So to the female manager working at Picklemans in St.Charles at 130pm on August 15, 2020, learn some customer service. Arguing over a sandwich that was errored on your part is not...
Read moreRevised: Yesterday my family asked me to join them after work at Pickleman's, I reluctantly joined them. My experience was phenomenal and was helped by a young man wearing a red hat which patiently assisted me with selecting my choices. I was very happy with the overall experience which, finally, my first meal at this chain. Thank you for all your help Mr. Red Hat Man.👍
All my coworkers rave about the food and service. I went there once on break last fall and the girl there was very rude with me and I all wanted was a salad with no croutons because I have Celiac. I didn't go back until yesterday afternoon on my break to give them another chance. There was several workers working and no customers. I tried to get anyone's attention and I got the same girl and asked if they had gluten free pizza. She said "Yah" in a rude way with no eye contact and quickly walked off. I was left standing there, I didn't order, and left. This review may not carry much value compared to the top reviews, but after a 2nd negative experience with the same girl I can't help but think she has a problem with certain people. My co-workers can continue to order from there but I won't step in that negative environment ever again. They get enough business that they wouldn't miss me as a...
Read moreLast weekend, I went there and ordered two sandwiches to take home for my husband and myself. I ordered the Cuban for him with mustard, and I ordered the turkey sandwich for me w no mustard or mayo on it. The African American girl put so much mustard on both sandwiches and both were inedible. I paid 20 dollars (almost) for these sandwiches and had to go home and wipe off all the mustard. I even asked her point blank if she put mustard on mine and she LIED to my face. Because of all the mustard on my sandwich, I could not tell if I even had a turkey sandwich or if they had given me ham instead. It did taste like ham, (husband agreed) and I do not like ham or mustard, so my experience was bad. If there had not been so much road work going on, I would have slapped those sandwiches back on their counter and have them remake them. But not let that girl near my sandwich. This was the worst experience I have ever had at Pickelman's. Normally, things are really good there. Maybe it was the heavy-handed mustard girl who...
