KFC — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

The young man at the counter took our order verified our order. We got our order and despite the order taker three times they're fine. No tomatoes add onions. The kitchen managed to forget the onions and put extra tomatoes on my husband's chicken power bowl... I also requested to add beef not substitute beef paid extra for beef, got two slivers of chicken. What appeared to be half of the normal serving of beef from previous and other Taco bells. And yet the young man of the register works so hard to make sure he got this right. It wasn't a big order. It was a KFC bowl. Mac and cheese perfectly fine, soft taco supreme. Deviation, perfectly fine chicken power bowl. Add beef. Add onion. No tomato, total fail. Order was to go. Didn't bother to go back or call back and probably will think twice before coming back. Restaurant appeared to be clean, however drink station was not stocked had to ask for napkins and sauces. Was not a busy time. One car and drive through two tables occupied. Nobody in line behind us appeared to be appropriately staffed. Thank you for listening. Hope you can improve this for others...

This is probably one of the worst kfc/Taco Bells around..and it sucks cuz it is so conveniently located literally 3 mins from my house...but every time I go there, there is a problem...wether it’s with the unfriendly staff (I work food service to, trust me I understand it sucks but guess what u have a job to do and people depend on u to deliver fresh food with fresh attitudes and a smile on your face) or they can’t seem to get an order correctly...honestly when I ask for no tomatoes It should make ur job easier, one less thing for u to worry about...but nope it is nearly impossible for these people to comprehend anything I ask for...ridiculous...if anyone has a district managers number please comment...no surprise it’s no where on the receipts of where u can call and make a comment or complaint and they need serious attention to how to correct these inconvenient issues..2 stars cuz of the...

Good service, chicken was fresh. Hot my order speedy fast. Thanks. boy what a change I sat on line for 23 minutes,it's shameful 5/5 found out prices going through the ceiling one meal went up $2.00 in a week 7/14, well I have had it I stopped for lunch today, and it was a mistake. I ordered my usually order, which was wrong again, but what got me was it took me 23 minutes to get my order thru the drive thru, with only 3 cars ahead of me. It seems everytime this Mgr who is a guy is working its a cluster. While I was sitting and waiting 5 other cars pulled out of line and left. I bet corporate wouldn't be happy with that since they all went to Wendy's. I hate to say this because I have friends who work there, but avoid this place and go to taco bell or KFC, on 192. It's worth it to not...
