Subway — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

I just witnessed an AMAZING employee at work! I wish I would have got her name. I just went to the subway at 3360 Canoe Creek Rd Bldg B. St. Cloud, FL 34772 on 7/21/2021 at 8pm. There was just one young lady working by herself. When I first walked in she was helping one family and 2 families in front of me and one right after me. While I was there I saw her help each family and a mobile order in between with PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY A SMILE!! NOT one second did she ever show any frustration, ever complained or showed any stress with all the people there waiting to put orders. Oh and by the way when I was being helped about 3 more families walked in and she still handled herself in an AMAZING WAY!!! I just had to put this review. Because so many times, employees start showing frustration, complaining or stress whenever a line starts forming. She is the type of person I would want working for me! If Subway isn't careful I might steal her away lol. People like that are hard to find. And I have been at that location a few times and usually have a much different experience. This was the first time we had a bad experience at this location. My husband ordered the Spicy Italian sub. The man told my husband he couldn't make it because he was out of white bread. My husband said can I have it on the garlic cheese bread and he said I just told you we don't have the whit bread so we can't make it. So my husband asked for another type bread on the list and the employee got mad and said it again that " I told you we don't have the bread and I can't make that sandwich". The employee gave my husband a nasty look. Another employee was laughing and standing behind him and watching . So my husband ordered a different sandwich. Then I ordered two more sandwiches and I told him we were together. I had my two sandwiches made correctly, but my husband didn't get 3 of the toppings he'd asked for. I thought you could get any sandwich on any of the bread choices. They used to have a great crew there but not anymore. I didn't feel that the employee had to be so aggravated over the bread choice and a sandwich. We will be going to Publix next door for our subs...

I visited this location today and was highly disappointed!!!! The lady that work there was very pleasant and very professional. However the young man that was detailing the lobby was very unprofessional as there was a little line he came to help the women but was very rude about it then to top that off he went back to cleaning the table and chairs with I'm assuming was bleach and a bottle with purple chemical in it as customers where eating . Not cool as to some of the chemicals got on my drink and in my food I informed the lady of the situation and she was very apologetic and said she would inform the manager. I have been here several times and everytime this young man is always rude and acts like he doesnt have to work maybe he shouldn't be there if he doesnt...
