This specific location is terrible. We typically go to the 3601 13th St, St Cloud location. The handful of times I have visited this location it has resulted in a bad experience every single time.
They are always slow to prepare food The food quality is terrible / service cold (right from the window during drive thru) Presentation is not good and rolled carelessly or messy No one answers the phones on two separate occasions when we have called to follow-up with management to provide constructive feedback.

On the days I actually get good, I don't get more than 4 items and 2 drinks. 15 minutes sitting in the drive-through with 2 cars before me seems ridiculous, especially when the cars in front are handed 1 bag and maybe a drink each. I've worked for Taco Bell, and I'm quite sure their drive-thru times are supposed to be under 3 to 5 minutes. I figured my food would be hot and fresh since it took so long when I was handed the bag it was cold. One time, I saw staff goofing off while cars were in drive thru waiting. Where was the manager on duty? I couldn't find one. I'm sure if there was one the employees would be working and not causing a backup on the drive thru. Every. Single. Time I've gone for the past year I've ended up regretting it. No matter what time of night I go..6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm..the drive thru is always packed, and I'm always waiting a minimum of 30 min to just be able to pay for the food, let alone receive the food. They are in a constant state of being short-staffed.
And whenever I finally do get my order, there is ALWAYS something wrong. Just this past time, I was charged $15.99 for my order. No receipt, wasn't given my drink, and received an extra item I never asked for. And without the receipt I have no idea what I was or was not charged for.
