Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Saint George

I have ordered here on a couple different occasions, both inside and drive through and there always seems to be something wrong with my order. This last time I asked for lettuce only on my chicken sandwich, a plain kids burger (picky 2yr old), 2 mini blizzards for my kids and a small for me. None of my order was correct. When I called to speak to the manager about it he didn't even care and wasn't empathetic at all. Then he argued with me about my chicken sandwich claiming he made it himself and that there was infact lettuce on it. I said "well you can't see it or taste it". My son refused to eat his burger because it was drenched in ketchup and mustard and had pickles. My kids blizzards were too big so we ended up having to throw the left overs away wasting food and our money. My small blizzard wasn't even the right flavor. The manager finally offered to refund me my money but only refunded 1/2 of it because I purchased the other 1/2 on a gift card my kids got for Christmas. Guess I get bad service, bad food and I don't get my full refund. I'll never go back and that's too bad because DQ is a tradition with our family. I'd rather drive to Hurricane than go...

Every single time I go to this location it’s an ordeal. The drive thru line is always amazing slow and long. The customer service is always horrible. There is always some sort of issue with food or ice cream. The employees are flat out rude. And for some reason they always close early.

My order tonight was of course messed up. I ordered three Blizzards. One Pumpkin Pie, which was just vanilla ice cream with about 5 pie crust pieces. One Oreo Blizzard with EXTRA Oreos and it had almost no Oreos in it. And one cookie dough which was made correctly.

Of course I waited in line for over 30 minutes. The only reason I gave “service” a three star is because the girl working was actually nice and she was doing the work of two or three employees. Usually the workers are flat out rude and nasty.

I'm disappointed in the lady in drive thru who charged me 7.28 for a 4 piece chicken basket with one ranch and one buffalo sauce without a drink. The price of a basket is 5.59 without a drink and 2 sauces at 0.59 each puts it at 6.77 plus 0.51 tax is total 7.28. I clarified with her why I was being charged 0.59 for each sauce cause I thought it came with a sauce, but the receipt says extra buffalo sauce and extra ranch dip. She said the basket only came with one sauce so she only charged me for one 0.59 sauce , which I knew the math didnt add up. This has happened three times before but I let it go because I dont want to be one of those upset customers especially on my lunch break. But its annoying that I'm paying an extra $1.18 for one extra sause which is why I tell people this location isnt as good as the other locations here in town.
