Not sure why I ordered Pizza here today. the last time I ordered they didnt get my order correct and was disorganized.... I didnt complain then.
Todays order, I am leaving a not so good review... I ordered online. First could not find my order for carryout, although it was on the display showing the customer... I literally saw my name on the screen..Employee could not at their screen????
Appears a disconnect between the local store and the website when online ordering allows to order when isnt in stock....I ordered online, they did not have the 2-liter soda I ordered., didnt have the mini cinnamon rolls i ordered. Although substituted the mini cinnamon rolls ($7.99) with an order of Cinnamon sticks($6.59) its not an equal exchange. Frankly, this location made $1.40, which isnt much.. but not honest, IMO..
Pizza got stuck in the Pan (employee said not enouh oil was used). Had to remake the pizza and waited longer.
Sauce cups are now much smaller. For a single order of 5 breadsticks.. get enough sauce for one breadstick.. about the amount of fry sauce container.. What a disappointment.
The pizza, pasta , breadsticks, itself were dry and overcooked... tasted aweful. My kids also commented on the tase...Seriously.. no wonder Pizza Hut is closing down many locations over the years. Overall, Pizza Hut has gone downhill. Even this location alone.. Tasted much better when it first opened. Customer service was better then too.
Last, not a good appearance when the manager was trying to figure out employee issues and shift issues in front of customers.
I even tipped $10.00 and now regret...
For the amount I spent, there are many better options.
In my opinion, If anything consistent with this location, it is disorganization. What a terrible experience.
Thought I would try again... but this was the last time. Im done...
Read moreUPDATE Unfortunately I felt the need to come update my review. While i do still trust them in terms of gluten free food. The service here is absolutely dreadful! I don’t know what’s happened since they switched locations... They take FOREVER to make a single pizza. We’ve selected “contactless curbside” every time, and they have NEVER come out to us. We’ve had to go in every time. Even when there’s no other customers there. They always get something wrong on our pizzas, if only one of us request extra sauce, it’s either on all the pizzas ordered, or not at all. Something is almost always wrong. The one time I ordered delivery, I again requested contactless. The delivery guy didn’t leave...so I had to answer the door with him there. My parents had COVID and they couldn’t even get them to bring their pizza out to them to do contactless curbside. The workers are always talking to one another or never present at the front. I really hope this location gets it together...
They’re in a new location, so cut them some slack as they get their gears in order. It does usually take a little bit of a wait the last few times we’ve been. But we come here because we really appreciate the extra precautions they take for my gluten free pizza. Last night we ordered and it was taking an extra 20 minutes. We ordered pick up and hadn’t gotten our pizzas. I called a few times while waiting in the car and they said it wasn’t done yet. Eventually we went in to see what was up. Apparently they had dropped one of our pizzas. And were remaking it. We totally understand things like that happen. And we weren’t upset. I just wish they’d told us so I could’ve been nicer to them about it. They even offered us free drinks and refunded our order. Seriously great people work here and we will continue coming to...
Read moreOrdered my pizza online, realized that my old cell number was still on file so I call to make sure that if they couldn't find my studio that they could contact me. Although I'd previously ordered from them on several occasions.
First, they couldn't even find my name. I had the confirmation number and offered that. The guy was seriously lost. I had to make several suggestions so that they could find my order. About 10 minutes later he finally finds it. Apparently they dropped it off at my landlords house. I'm located in the studio in the backyard. Which was specified on delivery instructions. He kept telling me that he didn't know what to do. I was put on hold a of times before I was able to speak to a "manager." I could hear all sorts of yelling in the background because apparently there's no hold button... After being told again that he didn't know what to do and that his manager was busy, he suggested thatI go to my landlords home and get my pizza. Which obviously is cold by then. Finally spoke to the "manger." He also wasn't sure what to do. He told me that they could send me another pizza but it'd be another hour but it'd be free of charge. I agreed. He finally suggested that he would remove the charge for the first pizza.
The next morning my landlord dropped off my cold pizza that was left on her porch. I looked at it and found that it was all smashed to one side of the box. Meaning that it had been delivered that way.
It's been a month and then never removed the charge. I'm too annoyed to call them because it's really not worth my time anymore. I won't be ordering from them anymore though.
I'm so disappointed with the unprofessional way this was...
