Sadly had an issue using the app and just paid cash.... lost the receipt, not that they have an easy upload system or acknowledgment of such.
HOWEVER, food was still great, still on my go to place (although it seems they have one closer to me now). Plus they gave me some bonus points in August I think, so all good in the end for me.
Year later, still going strong, and now realizing a location by me it seems, sadly may not be a must go in St. G..... BUT only cause I can potentially go more regularly; probably gotta get a side hustle to support my new addiction, then.

The first time we went we went through the drive thru and the girl on the intercom explained everything to me and was super helpful. The man at the window was very outgoing and awesome. Fresh and good food! I ordered all my children teriyaki chicken bowls with noodles and they all loved it. Extremely well priced for what you get. The bowls had more than I expected and for under $5. My husband went through last week and made close to the same order. This time the girl helping on the intercom must have been new because she didn’t have the answers to his questions. Read moreI am updating a bad review that I gave Zao 2 days ago. I ordered and paid online, picked up my food at the appointed time, drove back home and discovered a missing item. There is no number listed in their website or in their receipts attached to the food. So I couldn’t call the manager but instead sent an email. It took about 2 hours but Eva, the manager, called me after reading the email. During that 2 hour period, I’d rated the whole shebang poorly and especially the lack of attention/customer service and inability to talk to someone immediately. Eva made it right. She refunded the cost of the missing banh mi AND offered me a complementary banh mi when it was convenient for me.
