I ordered on the Burger King app today as I usually do. I selected drive thru pick up. When I arrived I was told I would have to come in to pick up. The drive thru was blocked by a truck over too far so I had to wait. I went in and they started my order. I asked to speak with the manager and instead of being apologetic he was rude and referred to me as "you people". I was asking if this online order policy was new and was a permanent change going forward. Apparently I will still be able to use the app for offers as long as I don't order ahead, or I can go inside to get my to go order. I will continue to "slow his drive thru" as he put it by placing my order there so I don't have to go inside to pick it up. He should be trained on the options available within the Burger King app as well as some retraining in customer service. I would not want this person on my management team. My order took 2-3 times as long as the drive thru because of the drive thru blockage and having to come in but at least I didn't slow the manager's drive thru line. Including myself, there were four vehicles. I've been to other Burger King's that the app doesn't allow drive thru orders for so maybe they should adjust their store location to reflect this policy. Read moreNot impressed with my North Side BG. Seems like every visit gets worst. My drive through experience is always a nightmare. I generally return after weeks of disappointment hoping for improvement. I've seen employees smoking outside, taking orders from the curb, frequent signs posted they are out of particular raw materials, employees dressed like they are in low budget winter rap video. Today I ordered two Crispy Chicken sandwiches that was made with Whopper sesame buns, no tomato,no mayonnaise and literally two pieces of lettuce cores. When I shared my sandwich presentation with the employee. I was told, "we are out of cheese". To my disbelief, I informed the worker crispy sandwiches do not come with cheese, explaining the sandwich was made completely wrong. She was kind enough to remake my sandwiches. While I was waiting for my sandwiches, one employee was pulling up his pants at the front counter, while another had two coats on over his uniform, with a cigarette stuck to his ear. The final disappointment was when I receive the sandwiches again with no tomatoe,and a little bit more lettuce than the first. The quality and service is poor. Read moreFood is always bad, passed its expiration time. The resturant is isn't clean. They need more workers. I went one time they had 1 person working drive thru, she took orders, was the runner and if it had the be cooked she also had to take the food out to the waiting cars by herself still while taking orders. I've witnessed fights between managers there while the workers needed help. Our food is always cold or missing something and when I call to get it corrected I've been cussed out and threatened by a female manager. There's no excuse for waiting even 10 minutes in the drive thru, I worked there and had our drive thru time under 3 minutes with the customer leaving the window with correct hot orders. Mangers also got in there and helped. I've gotten sick off the food before because it was so old. For that food to be in that condition its been under the heat lamps for a long time. Watch the monthly health department / resturant inspection reports in the paper if it doesn't find anything wrong and its not consistent with what you see call them the health department and question it.
