I ordered two small cheeseburgers fries and a Coke a chocolate shake it cost me $ almost $13 when I pull up to the drive-thru they gave me a quarter pounder with cheese no fries No Coke just shake I told him that they got the order wrong and they asked me to port forward I pulled up forward to wait and they never came out to me for 10-15 minutes so I have a parked car I walked in I asked him what's going on with my meal she said what meal I said they told me to pull up forward so they can get my order back together and no one's ever said anything to me or come to my car why is it like this. She said you want your order I didn't know. Read moreThis is the worst Mc Donald's in town. They need to get shut down. Susie is the worst store manager I've ever met! The crew members don't know how to do their job and that falls on management. I tried to talk with Susie and she threw the biggest fit and stormed off behind the counter. She said that she knows her night crew is horrible and having people wait hours on their food just for it to be wrong or old. I asked her then why don't you do something about it being she is the store manager. She then threw a fit and complained about how she was working 12 hour shifts. I've witnessed many store managers work 12 hr shifts if not more, but when they do they get their store together. They don't do it just to brag they do it to make their store better. Read moreI typically don't like being negative about anything, if i can help it, but this particular McDonald's franchise/location is without question, the worst overall experience that i have ever encountered. The phrase (fast food) and it's intended definition does in no way apply to this Mcdonalds location. Pulling up to the drive through menu and two way speaker, will most times leave you sitting for 6 to 8 minutes before any acknowledgment or verbal interaction begins. 80 percent of the people who take your order, do so in a tone of voice that says they would rather be anywhere else than there, and taking your order. From ordering to receiving your food takes typically another 10 to 12 minutes, and if your lucky, your order won't be completely incorrect. I do not recommend visiting this location, at least until management can correct the multiple issues that are currently crippling the prosperity and reputation of this particular location.
