Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Saint Louis Park

I am not required to mask this was my favorite local spot and never again will they get my business after being screwed by two different caribou coffee spots in about a week idk if I'll be going back to any location at this point if u have a medical condition expect to be harrassed! And told next time (even though this isn't an option or it would already be in place!) That I need to mask and stand outside and wait for my drink and I have to pay ahead of time so cashless unless you know your rights as I do yes I've filed formal complaints against this specific location another location just decided they would use my points on am order without asking me if that's what I wanted to do and by time I realized it they were closed and nobody returns calls but two strikes I doubt I'll give anyone a chance at a 3rd strike because there's alot of small business I can go to instead this company will never make it right they have proven this so many times worst part is I'm not a coffee drinker so if I'm.willing to spend money on your coffee then at one point it was worth it but not anymore not when I'm the only one in the store and u harrassed me about a face mask look if I could wear one I wouldn't but because I'm on disability and have a condition makes me exempt I could ask people to pull back the audio because someone else will gladly take my business my boyfriend who use to regularly stop n just buy coffee beans hasn't since this happened then didn't get the order right overcharged my boyfriend didn't offer to grind and he had a mask on your employees don't get to decide who to be rude to either so because they don't like the message on his mask we got no help trust I will be letting all my patriot friends know as well the last place that denied me and I proved it got...

One of the most deadly coffee shops thus far with regards to parking. Shoe-horned in store that looks like it could double as a driveway. inadequate parking, no exit, some days you have to back up into public street to leave, this is hampered further by customers aimless wandering to and from their vehicles and store without watching, mix all this excitement with big 18 wheelers parking there as well(and other delivery truck) Very dangerous.

On slow days staff are friendly and prompt, busy times, flustered, many are to young to handle that type of stress, orders get created incorrectly, completion times are brutal.

I always place a mobile order and take to go, so many of the negative reviews are about things I haven't experienced. Every drink I've had has been great, my favorites are half-chocolate white mochas or the bubble tea. Staff seems to be a little short at times, but no one's sitting around not doing anything, so I have no complaints about service time. It's almost always very prompt unless they're packed which isn't controllable if all the staff are working on something, which they are. Staff aren't rude, but not outgoing, either. As someone who worked in customer service positions, I can understand keeping interactions short and sweet, especially if there are 10 people in line, although a smile wouldn't hurt.
