To respond to an earlier comment, this is not off the Luce line! It is on the Southeast quadrant of Highways 100 & 7. And is located along the Southwest bicycle trail, not the Luce line! From this location the Luce line is several miles north. I am frequently in this location especially during summer bicycling. I would have definitely call this a "destination location".
