Herbalife SLP Nutrition — Restaurant in Saint Louis Park

I was in yesterday with a friend, she had been there once before but I had never. I told them I had never been to slp nutrition but been to the edge once in Chanhassen about 9 years ago but didn’t remember how to order or what everything on the menu meant. They were nice and did good job making our drinks but when it came time to pay I noticed a coupon next to the counter that said “half off your first time in SLP nutrition”, I asked if I got the discount he said “no you said you’ve been here before”... But I had never stepped foot in this building, I brushed it off and we said thank you and left. We just checked our bank accounts this morning and both got charged 12$.. my friend said she got charged 8$ for one shake last time so we are both confused where the extra 4$ is...

I won’t be coming back here due to the way we were treated apon walking inside. If you’re heavily tattooed and have lots of facial piercings, I would go somewhere else to get your shakes. Asking questions to young workers about the menu was left with short annoyed responses like we didn’t belong there. It didn’t feel welcoming and felt very much out of place, especially not having herbalife in years and wanted to ask some questions. I had the pleasure of visiting SLP Nutrition for the first time this week and was so impressed! As soon as I walked in the door they poured me a cranberry flavored aloe shot and then proceeded to explain the menu. I ordered a Raspberry Lemonade Tea and a Peanut Butter Banana smoothie; I'd highly recommend both! Not only was the tea and smoothie delicious, but the customer service was incredible.
