Doug and the entire BMS team have gone above and beyond for us many times... and that is saying something when you consider how high-maintenance some of our events have been. From simple AV solutions to full-on custom... out of the world... ideas; his team has taken each on with creativity and perfection. No matter what the challenge has been, the BMS team has been the first (and then last) on my call list as they always deliver what is needed.

The other thing that I really appreciate from this team is their attention to detail and customer service no matter how big or small the event or ask may be. I found BMS Computer & AV Rentals on a random website search when I was in need of AV rental equipment. They were a lucky find! My first contact was Doug and he couldn't have been more helpful and attentive to our needs. He was so thorough in obtaining information and options for our event, even up to the last minute when we had a change of venue due to weather. The onsite crew was also top notch.
