Golden Grill & Cajun Seafood — Restaurant in Saint Paul

Yesterday I ordered food over the phone for pickup I was told it would take 15mins. I came in 20mins. Later they had me sitting in the restaurant waiting on my order for 38mins. additional that’s 58mins. Almost an hour for one simple order I already paid for they didn’t respect my time nor did they care I was a paying customer. They will not EVER get my money ever again then the quantity of the food was small a portion & I order mild food they gave me spicy & never gave me extra potato and corn that I paid for. If I could give 0 stars then I would. Am a pregnant woman that couldn’t stand long waiting on my food I had my extra hyper busy one-year-old with me. Update: FINALLY got my food replaced with no problem after going in in person and talking to the people. I'm happy, just hate it took so long. Messaging options need to be looked into more. My son loves the jerk chicken rice here so we wanted to try it. We ordered over the phone (June 2020) and sent my son here to pick it up. Got the meal and it was jerk chicken fries! By the time my son got back with the meal, the store had just closed. I called and called, but they did not answer. I then emailed them on facebook and they said they were closed. I always order from Golden Grill through Doordash. My food is always hot, and delicious. I grew up mostly in the inner city and they cook like the corner store I used to get the good, quick "nah man I ate already" meals, I used to get with my friends afterschool. The food is a vibe. The only issue I got with them is they sprinkle some salt looking seasoning over everything fried! And if you forget to tell them you will get sprinkled!!! Lol!
